SlotsOverview
Striving to make an ultimately interesting match between platforms which will feature one of the oldest games on earth and modern casino games, Jackpotjoy created a page suitable for all profiles of punters. With a well-organized lobby where games are neatly sectioned by categories, they are also optimized for portable devices and clients who prefer launching them on the move.
Wanting to add more spice to that joy, the venue designed a variety of promotional packages upon registration as well as Refer a Friend scheme. In addition to this, there’s a special program that allows you to collect points and redeem them.
Resembling more or less any other venue with a fine and diverse offering…
…this presentation could easily make readers believe that they deserve one’s attention (and money). Perhaps, at some point, “joy” was something that could be found in this establishment but from the current perspective, it doesn’t deserve the name it bears. Instead of putting efforts to justify its jolly name, this establishment brought plenty of sadness and disappointment.
Where did all get wrong here? Why did they start conducting unethical business practices and ruined their reputation of one of the most popular Bingo suppliers?
Sometimes the community is not so generous with sharing their bad experience with a brand…
… so our investigation requires a bit more work. And we are always ready for that, as our own special way to contribute to making the industry a safer and transparent place. Being aware that this parlor is part of the troublemaking Group, we were more than positive that our research will be fruitful. And so it was.
Stay tuned to hear the full report and find out why you should STEER CLEAR of this hub!
Integrity/Trustworthiness
This venue, along with Virgin Games, Heart Bingo, and Starspins operates under Gamesys Affiliates. Among many reasons the corporation ended up among ill-doers, it’s worth pointing out that their business policies with affiliate partners were seen as unfair.
Even though on the surface their Terms may seem generally okay…
…there are some points which could be described as predatory. The team of our associates neatly listed these aspects, and this was followed by numerous comments which reported accounts closure (so that they would steal players), as explained.
These account closures mostly occurred with no special notice or valid reasoning, which was deemed unfair. Such unethical practices earned them the status of bad guys on our platform, but also industry-wide.
Since this establishment works under the same umbrella…
…punters should be extra cautious when entering their territories. For the sake of creating this report and making the entire investigation more thorough and complete, we explored their Terms and there were no major discrepancies with something that is commonly seen in the majority of hubs.
But, stepping beyond those limits, the situation was quite the opposite.
Player Complaints
Searching through our active and well-equipped forum, we didn’t discover any notably particular problem with players. But since they belong to the notorious Gamesys group whose misdeeds are widely-known, we decided to dig even deeper, and we encountered numerous unpleasant surprises.
During its existence…
…the brand faced multiple issues regarding misleading advertising, mainly involving promotions. The entire spectrum of problematic advertisements faced bans from a respectable organization, The UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
One of the non-transparently explained commercials from 2011 implied all new punters would score a prize and not a guaranteed gift. Moreover, it also failed to make clear that a deposit was required to win. By doing so, it breached numerous rules which determine how the promotions and prizes should be formulated and expressed.
Another noteworthy issue involved a TV ad…
…for Jackpotjoy online bingo, which stated that there will be “up to 10,000 jackpots every hour” at random intervals between 13 and 15 times a day. However, this was qualified as misleading as it contradicted rather than clarified the claim.
To clarify, a number of consumers were active on the site outside of those hours. Therefore, it was believed that viewers could assume they would be able to score a JP at any time unless it was made clear that there would be no jackpot during a particular period.
The newest among complaints appeared in April 209, where a mother of three was fighting a battle with this brand involving her winning of £13,000. The venue refused to cash out the money as she was using her son’s card.
She also consulted the Gambling Commission before securing her winnings…
… as it was one of two regulators which approved this hub. The other is Gibraltar. Stating that the casino’s Terms and Conditions didn’t strictly day a person couldn’t use somebody else’s card, she eventually managed to obtain her money.
The listed examples were just some of the many which involve this brand, and certainly the most representative ones to illustrate how problematic this company is. In times where the entire industry is putting plenty of effort to create an as safe and fair environment as possible, such behavior deserves nothing less than ending up on LCB’s warning list.
Conclusion
When we decide to label an establishment as blacklisted or place a warning sign on it, there are two most common scenarios why we do so. One of the reasons may be a range of complaints coming from clients regarding slow payments, unresponsive support, refusal to cash-out winnings and similar.
The other possible situation is the problematic relationship with affiliates…
…and that’s the case with this one. Even though this very casino was not extraordinarily troublesome with players, it belongs to the network which treats business partners with disrespect.
In the majority of cases, it may imply they will treat their clients in the same way, so our advice is to avoid such entertainment parlors. They certainly used tricky advertising tactics wanting to lure and delude players.
After all, our extensive collection of establishments puts a solid number of online facilities at your disposal. Instead of dealing with these and similar crooks, you can visit some of the approved venues which run their business in a professional and fair manner.

Great casino, I've deposited 10 and played with 35,meet the wagering and made a withdrawal for 200£.
Thought this looked like a good casino and it is but never made the wagering on the deposit bonus and it took my next 2x £30 deposits without giving much back :( great games and good layout tho
The lobby looks great , the slots like wise. I decided to give it a go. Made my initial deposit ( minimum amount) but did not make it , the wagering at 40X deposit are a bit hard to achieved but the slots are fun and addictive. Maybe in the near future i will give it another go:) Best Regards guys
Jackpotjoy is quite new casino with some interesting games, I didnt put a penny there yet however they offer is interesting and they are cashable site will have to look later when more registrations are there so there will be more chances to win anything there
