The play through on the bonus is low which I love. The website itself runs smoothly and the selection of games is normal. Nothing special to speak of here. Never cashed out even though I had a bonus so I can’t speak on that. The games didn’t pay out very much for me.

Grand Fortune keeps up with the software additions and the only issue I have right now with them is that I can't see their tournaments, but I hope that gets corrected soon. They are working on it. The customer service, perks and offers at Grand Fortune far exceeds what I have ever experienced with the Club world group. I am making my 2nd withdrawl from Grand Fortune today. Not a big one but a withdrawl in the least. We are stuck with a bank wire here in Canada when there is no ewallet avialble so the minimum is 300.00 and of course the fee to withdraw, so that sucks. Especailly with the exchange for US dollars on depositing. Sorry for rambling. I had several question regarding conflicting information in chat, although they were very nice and attentive the info I received was different on two occasions. The casino rep Schalk helped clarify and then an email to banking to ask another question not only resulted in a quick answer to my email but a request to call me personally to discuss.
