I then decided to make my first deposit where i was to receive 200 percent deposit bonus to be added when i opened my first slot to play and then 30 free spins when i verified my account. And then the trouble began, i loaded my first slot and transferred my cash to it and when it loaded my bonus wasnt there so i contacted live help to find out why, the operator seemed to have no clue what i was on about and kept calling me sir when i was quite clearly a madam which was very annoying, she then told me that i would get my bonus when i had played through my deposit x 35 to which i then copied and pasted the casinos own promo terms stating that the bonus should be added immediately upon transferring to a slot, she still did not understand even though it was in black and white and eventually told me to email in to support and explain it to them. Where do i start with this casino and my nightmare experience. I joined this site when i saw an offer for a deposit bonus and free spins, i proceeded to register and when i came across the postcode bit i skipped it as my country does not have a post code however it was not optional so i couldnt register i contacted live help and they told me to enter 0000 for my postcode and that i would have no problems with verifications because of this. I then decided to make my first deposit where i was to receive 200 percent deposit bonus to be added when i opened my first slot to play and then 30 free spins when i verified my account. And then the trouble began, i loaded my first slot and transferred my cash to it and when it loaded my bonus wasnt there so i contacted live help to find out why, the operator seemed to have no clue what i was on about and kept calling me sir when i was quite clearly a madam which was very annoying, she then told me that i would get my bonus when i had played through my deposit x 35 to which i then copied and pasted the casinos own promo terms stating that the bonus should be added immediately upon transferring to a slot, she still did not understand even though it was in black and white and eventually told me to email in to support and explain it to them. I noticed that they had an english skype support and asked was this online and she said yes so decided to try that first as often i find speaking to a support on the phone sorts things a lot quicker well this was not to be , i first rang and they answered then hung up then they started hanging up after a few rings each time so i gave up on that. I tried to email off my complaint to the support address and was emailed back with a seperate address and told to email them instead so i did and got back a delivery failure that the email address was restricted and i could not email it. I went back onto live help yet again and finally got speaking to someone who realised that it was an error on there part and finally added my bonus but was not very apologetic about it. I then lost my dep and bonus in record time so decided to try and verify my account for the free spins and never recieved an email back from them. I wrote about them in a forum and was then told i had never sent my documents so off i went again and emailed them again and recieved a mail back saying that they did not accept them even though they are the same documents that have been accepted by numerous casinos. I gave up after this and would never play here again and advise caution before making a deposit here.
