Interesting match today.Sure bets but small odds are Arsenal Bayern and Barsa.
I think Zenit also can win against Valencia because in Sankt Petersburg is very cold.Porto and Dinamo Kyiv not will be large number of goals.

All of the favourites leading by a 2 or 3 goals at the half so I guess you will be right Novo, also only one goal in Porto game so far, so a good predictions mate :-bd
Some heavy results last night, Barcelona, Bayern and Chelsea thrashed their opponents. Dynamo Kiev produced the big upset in Porto while BATE are still in with a chance to qualify after holding Leverkusen to a draw.
BATE 1 - 1 Bayer Leverkusen
Zenit Petersburg 2 - 0 Valencia
Arsenal 3 - 0 D. Zagreb
Barcelona 6 - 1 AS Roma
Bayern Munich 4 - 0 Olympiakos Piraeus
FC Porto 0 - 2 Dyn. Kiev
Lyon 1 - 2 Gent
Maccabi Tel Aviv 0 - 4 Chelsea

Borussia Moenchengladbach v Sevilla
2.35 - 3.50 - 2.85
Juventus v Manchester City

Good luck!
Today the most interesting match Juventus- Manchester city.
I disagree. Both teams are allready in the next stage. But in group B where I belive Manchester United take a easy win over PSV... but the most interesting duel should be in Moscow. Wolfsburg probalby can finish in secound place but CSKA need to win.. Thats my option for tonight.

5 minutes to go and looks like that Wolfsburg will take it. They will be enough even with one point.
I did not expect that Cska lost at home.I am glad that Borissia Monchengladbach next great games in Bundesliga won in the champions league.
Yeah impressive win for Gladbach but they are out of the tournament now. PSV have a great chance to throw out of the tournament Wolfsburg or United if they win the last match at home against CSKA which I'm not doubt they will do.
Spectacular night in the Champions League, except Man United which produced yet another goalless performance. Real Madrid let in 3 goals in the final 13 minutes of the match but still had enough to get 3 points in Ukraine.
FC Astana 2 - 2 Benfica
CSKA Moscow 0 - 2 Wolfsburg
Atl. Madrid 2 - 0 Galatasaray
B. Monchengladbach 4 - 2 Sevilla
Juventus 1 - 0 Manchester City
Malmo FF 0 - 5 Paris SG
Manchester United 0 - 0 PSV
Shakhtar 3 - 4 Real Madrid
Not really a surprising results I think maybe FC Astana - Benfica draw is the only game that could be classified as a surprising result and maybe even that just partly. Will be great finish in the last round on United and Arsenal groups and will be ridiculous for those English grands if we see them both out of the tournament.
Tomorrow, last matches in groups.
Benfica - Atl. Madrid, both teams are already qualified to next round so it will be a match to decide first place in this group (each team has 10 points now).
Galatasaray - FC Astana will be an interesting match. Any of these 2 teams could go to Europa League if they win. I am sure that Galatasaray will manage to win, in fact they need only a draw to advance to Europa League.
Manchester City - Monchengladbach and Juventus - Sevilla. If City manage to win the match and Juventus lose against Sevilla we will see City advance to next round from 1st position in this group, Juventus from second place and Sevilla on 3rd place will go in Europa League. But this is only a scenario and I think it will be hard to be real.
PSG - Shaktior and Real Madrid - Malmo. In this group we all know that PSG and Real are going to the next round but the battle is for 3rd place which goes to Europa League. Shaktior and Malmo had 3 points each and they have hard matches tomorrow, but I think Shaktior will be the team which will keep the 3rd place.
PSV - TSKA Moscow and Wolfsburg - Manchester United. In this group is a little bit complicated the situation. We are not sure who`s going to the next round until the matches ends. I think we will see 2 draws in this group and Manchester United with Wolfsburg will go to next round, TSKA will go to Europa League from 3rd place and PSV will be on 4th place.

If PSV wins they are in and Wolsburg and United will have to decide who will be the other team, If PSV doesn't win they are out, so it's not that complicated really :)
Still United have to play for a win if they don't want to be dependent from the result in PSV game, looking quite possible United to be out of the tournament I think.
First of two decisive nights in the Champions League coming up, here are the matches and the odds at Sportingbet:
Wolfsburg v Manchester United
2.25 - 3.30 - 3.20
Benfica v Atletico Madrid
3.60 - 3.10 - 2.15
Manchester City v Borussia Moenchengladbach

Real Madrid v Malmoe FF
1.071 - 11.00 - 29.00
Galatasaray v FC Astana
1.533 - 4.20 - 6.00
Paris Saint Germain v Shakhtar Donetsk
1.45 - 4.333 - 6.50
Good luck!
Unbelievable matches were tonight. Manchester United were almost to qualify but they had bad luck. After TSKA scored for 0-1, PSV had the strenght to come back and score not once, but twice and that was the final score, 2-1 for PSV and they are in next round in Champions League. Still Manchester United will go to Europa League but is a bit shameful because they were one of the best teams in this group and nobody was expecting this.

This is not a bad luck for United mate, when you are by far the better team in the group you have to be qualified long before the last game, and you can expect someone else to do your job- CSKA in this particular case. So it's anything else but luck!
Man United are out, that's the big news of the day, a big setback for Louis Van Gaal and his players.

We all know that Barcelona is qualified to the next round (because they are on 1st place in their group with 13 points), but I think they will win today`s match. Odds for a win for Barcelona (2.05 at sportingbet) I think is huge. I am confident that they will treat this match seriously and win. On the other way, Leverkusen will struggle to get something from this match but in my opinion they will not get any point.
But my question is: Why bookmakers give such a big odds for Barcelona to win?
But my question is: Why bookmakers give such a big odds for Barcelona to win?
Even higher at other bookies (2.30 at Bet365 for instance). I guess their analysts believe Barcelona won't give 100% in this match since they are already qualified. I wouldn't bet on a Barcelona win tonight to be honest.
Arsenal pulled it off, they hammered Olympiacos to reach the knockout stage once again. Chelsea also pulled through. Gent grabbed all three points in Russia to advance, Roma were held at home by BATE but qualified.
AS Roma 0 - 0 BATE
Bayer Leverkusen 1 - 1 Barcelona
Chelsea 2 - 0 FC Porto
D. Zagreb 0 - 2 Bayern Munich
Dyn. Kiev 1 - 0 Maccabi Tel Aviv
Gent 2 - 1 Zenit Petersburg
Olympiakos Piraeus 0 - 3 Arsenal
Valencia 0 - 2 Lyon
Group E
1. Barcelona 14
2. AS Roma 6
3. Bayer Leverkusen 6
4. BATE 5
Group F
1. Bayern Munich 15
2. Arsenal 9
3. Olympiakos Piraeus 9
4. D. Zagreb 3
Group G
1. Chelsea 13
2. Dyn. Kiev 11
3. FC Porto 10
4. Maccabi Tel Aviv 0
Group H
1. Zenit Petersburg 15
2. Gent 10
3. Valencia 6
4. Lyon 4
Well done to Arsenal who looked in a terrible position 3 games ago but in the end they deserved their spot in the last 16 after a crucial win in Greece. Belgium side Gent is maybe the surprising qualified team in a group with much famous sides like Valencia and Lion who stayed outside the top two spots.
My quick nalysis :)
Dynamo Kiev vs Manchester City - City finally got easier opponent and this is their chance to, again finally, qualify in futher stages.
Benfica vs Zenit - both teams are probably happy with what they got, this matchup will give us some tence matches, Russians should have a little edge.
PSV Eindhoven vs Atletico Madrid - Atletico fans are poping bootles at the moment as they can already see themselfs in quatter finals.
Juventus vs Bayern Munich - Last years finalist versus one of the favourits to win it this year. Juve is building their form and confidence once again but they need a looot more if they want to beat gigant from Munich.
Arsenal vs Barcelona - Arsenal somehow got into knock-out phase but this is as futher as they go. Barcelona seem unstoppable now, only some miracle could help Gunners to go into next round.
PSG vs Chelsea - They meet again, 3rd season in a row. Last year PSG won via away goal rule. If the game was played now PSG would be true favourite, lets see what Chelsea can do by february.
Roma vs Real Madrid - If there is biggest favourite in round of 16 it's Real Madrid. They are not playing that confident this season, but Roma isn't that hard of opponent for them.
Gent vs Wolfsburg - First time in knock-out round for both teams, and someone is gonna be in best of 8 round. Wolfsburg is favourite, no doubt, but Gent is playing really good at homefield and it will all come up on how 1st leg goes.
The draw is always a funny thing, some really great couples and some not so good teams who will reach the quarters I think, there's have to be a seeded teams in this draw I think and the tournament could only win from that. For example I'm sick and tired from PSG - Chelsea game which will take place for a third straight year in the elimination stage I think. But FIFA and UEFA proved long ago that they can't manage even a single tournament right .. so it's not really a surprising thing.

There were seedings but only based on the group stage finish, one pot with the group winners and the second pot with the second-placed teams. I think it's fair, not anybody's fault that PSG couldn't win their group.

OK Johnny, thanks for the explanation, yeah its looking more fair now when I know that. I think there wasn't a seeded teams in the previous years but obviously they've decided to change that.

No, the same system is in place since the beginning of the new format of the Champions League.
Obviously my mistake, never realized that :-[
The stages will ending and matches between the big teams are happening, I have much expectation to see: Arsenal vs Barcelona and Juventus vs. Bayern Munich, I think are very pleasant to watch
Yeah no doubt those two will be just great match ups but there are some other very interesting clashes as well. Bayern is my favourite N1 to stop Barcelona domination but will see if that will happens at all.
Champions League kicks off again, the wait is over! Two matches tonight, here are the odds at NetBet:
Paris St-Germain vs Chelsea
1.64 - 3.75 - 5.85
Benfica vs Zenit St. Petersburg
1.90 - 3.40 - 4.55
Good luck!
Two great games today to follow, and surely make a bet, I like the odd PSG, the team is very strong at home and playing against Chelsea, who is currently a mystery. The other game the favorite Benfica, maybe DNB would be a good bet, but only with the game in progress
