    Hi Sports Bettors,

     

    Some events that involve animals in the sports arena is very unsettling to me. I know dog racing is a favorite for many. I once read a story about a greyhound....the dog could no longer win races....the owner tied him to a tree and burned him alive out of anger for the losses. In my personal opinion that owner should get the same punishment as he gave that dog.

     

    I have seen cock fights..........where roosters fight to their death...bullfights..where the bull is mamed and tortured. Not to mention pit bulls to fight to their death.

     

    There is big money in these kind of sports. Do you find any of them inhumane or is it all part of the sport?

    Tonster,

     

    Thats a very controversial topic.........its justice verse emotions. I know he paid his dues and the law says he should have the same rights now as the next guy.

     

    But from an emotional perspective.....its tuff to forget when looking at him on the field....he is some how a marked man.

     

    I'm all about forgiveness and moving on....time will tell....

    I love horse races, dogs not as much....But anything with violence like that, not my thing....
