I think it will be race til the end between City and Chelsea , Liverpool still not good enough to go to the top this year.

Perhaps, and  if we exclude the fact that Liverpool playing by far the most impressive football this season, it's not a rule at all but sometimes the most entertaining team wins the race.

I guess it could be more than two horse race this season, I'm not ready to write off Liverpool - just the other way around - i think they could do it, probably Johnny has something to say about Arsenal chances too...

Not really, I don't think they have proven their worth yet, not sure whether they can challenge for the title or not.

yes certainly not with a performance like that in Manchester....but you never know, I think this season could be a close  battle between 3 or 4 teams and why not Arsenal being one of them...maybe part of the problem is that Wenger's ambitions and the club ones as a whole are not much beyond guaranteed CL spot.

Swansea pulled off a miraculous result against Palace, the Swans had a 3-1 lead, then they were trailing 4-3 and eventually won thanks to a double from Llorente in stoppage time.

Arsenal had a tough match against Bournemouth but eventually won even though they did not play very well, Man United suffered another setback at home while Ronald Koeman lost to his former team.

Big game at the top today Man City - Chelsea, in fact I'm watching the game right now and it looks to be quite tight, still first half and I would guess Chelsea won't loose that one 8-)

Chelsea produced a great second half and fought back from 1-0 down at the break to beat Man City, Tottenham hammered Swansea with two goals from Kane and another pair from Eriksen. Sanchez carried Arsenal past West Ham with a superb hat-trick and an assist for Ozil's first goal.

In other news, Leicester are sinking and if they don't wake up soon they will be struggling to avoid relegation.

Crazy stuff from Liverpool, they were leading 3-1 with 15 minutes left but somehow Bournemouth turned the game on its head and walked away with the three points. As for Man United, they were denied by a late penalty kick converted by Baines after Ibrahimovic had put them ahead before half time.

Quite a spectacular day, every home team scored three goals and all but Hull City won. That was until the evening surprise, when Leicester finally seemed to play like champions and beat Man City. Jamie Vardy has probably found his scoring boots again, he bagged a hat-trick! Might be too soon to say, but maybe the Foxes will regain some confidence after this victory, they surely have a better squad than they did last year.

Good game at Goodison Park as Arsenal's unbeaten run came to an end. Ashley Williams scored the winning goal late in the game, a draw would probably have been the correct result but Everton deserve credit for the way they have reacted after going 1-0 down in the first half.

Yes agreed with you Johnny, it was an epic game in the end between Everon and Arsenal but the home side managed to win after two fine headers. Arsenal had their chances but they missed them which have cost them at least a point.

Everton performance have been much improved from they shown lately and I think their win was deserved in the end, after all there's a bit of luck needed and when you in such long streak without a win as they were comes a night when all going your way.

Jagielka was sent off in the end and will miss the Merseyside derby which would probably be a significant loss for Everton.

After this week games it looks like the only ambition Arsenal would have (once again) will be for  a top 4 place, I was pleasantly surprised by them in the first half again City but in second they just came back to the style which lost them so many of the vital games they played in the last decade or even more in the PL.

Liverpool was lucky to win against Everton, yes they might been slightly  better team but the way both teams played I think 0-0 was a score which describes better this match. Maybe my stake was part (huge) of the curse for Everton in this one.

A very late goal from Sadio Mane decided the Merseyside derby, Liverpool regain their second place but Chelsea are six points away.

Powerful display from Liverpool, they were down 1-0 early in the game but they fought back and demolished the opposition. Sturridge scored, he might force his way into the starting eleven sooner or later.

After that  it was all comfortably for them but in another day...or season... it could be much different.

Good display from Tottenham, even though Southampton had Redmond sent off with more than half an hour left to play.

2-2 draw in the end after which maybe both teams weren’t satisfied but I think it was quite fair result maybe. Both those sides have their issues in defence and this was obvious in this game,.

I think Hull should strike on the January transfer window because there are week spots in their squad and two of the strikers will leave for the African cup of nations and they couldn't afford that with that squad and situation they are in the league at the moment.
