    Let's lcb make a random draw of winners on particular day lcb choose but at an exact time  e.g. 19.30 or 21.00 etc. announced before it happened of which a screenshot is made.. There won't be any doubt, complaints etc. then!

    I'm assuming you're referring to the draw of winners from "Watch & Win" and "Let's Test Casinos" contests..

    To be honest, I can understand that there is a "doubt factor" to the winners pulled out of the draws but I assure you everything is done fairly. Maybe we could implement a little video clip in the future to re-assure the players that the draw of winners is legit and done in a fair matter. We can also provide multiple screenshots with two time stamps..nonetheless it is something we would have to discuss internally and improve upon. Thanks for sharing.

    From my understanding and the last post on winners I seen had a screenshot.
