If you read the terms and conditions of the casinos marked for french players, most if not all are ambiguous on this point. Even if France is not in the list of restricted countries, there's always a clause like "You may only participate in any gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting." In practice they play on this ambiguity, accept french players for deposits but surprise surprise, not for withdrawals, which is basically theft (small print or not). LCB if I were you, I'd remove all references to "French players accepted" from all casinos, otherwise you're actively complicit in this theft which I'm sure you wouldn't want to be. I know you're making your money from affiliate marketing these casinos, but you shouldn' t seek to do it under false representation.

All the casinos marked "French players accepted" on your website have clauses such as the one I posted above in their terms and conditions that leave them enough wiggle room to refuse payment when it comes to withdrawl. The list of restricted countries and whether they update it or not is irrelevant.

In that case, they have to refund all the deposits.

Depends on the T & C s. Most deduct a hefty "service charge" and if you've played your deposit in its entirety they often have a clause to refuse refunds.

this is funny: 3 out of 5 casinos listed as "top in slovakia" on main page are restricted here in slovakia. please either pay someone (even me - we can talk about it! :)) to finally create the list IT thoroughly and correctly, or ... there is no "or" as you want to stay top on the market :)

haven't you been considering paying to chosen people - someone from each country - that will periodically (once per few months/year?) try to register at every casino listed here, to find out the actual possibility to register (or impossibility)?

i can imagine both sides profiting of such activity.. you simply cannot rely solely on T&C, there is more cases where its implicitly forbidden, than explicitly stated (own experience). so you will be wrong in most cases in general..
