Time For A Complete Shop Teardown

The t&c for shop purchases absolutely suck right now and have for far too long. I can't spend any of my LCB bucks, yes, the same ones that I myself, have rightfully earned through various ways on this site, because of some of the worst thought out rules in the business in relation to other similar sites. I can't buy any cash or BTC items because I am forced to spend those rightfully earned LCB bucks on another item in the LCB store first. I can't even do this either because a fair amount of those casino bonus items aren't even available to Canadians. Not to mention the fact about the ones I am able to play with, I need to deposit 20-25$ of my own money into those casinos, every single one of them I should add, I never play at for any reason, just so I'm able to spend enough of my LCB bucks into casino bonus items needed to be able to cover the many prerequisites for being able to spend my LCB bucks on the stuff I want, online wallets, BTC , even Poker Stars and now paysafecard vouchers. To sum up my issue, need to spend LCB $ on casino bonuses at online casinos I never play or deposit at ever or am restricted from the bonus item all together, in order to be able to purchase the items that I really want from the LCB store, while using the LCB $ that, I, myself earned through this site, by actions, comments, reviews etc on this site. You're trying to force players to spend on these casino bonus items , I get it, your actions and ideas are becoming desperate by the looks of things . I have a great idea, ditch the bonuses at the massively unpopular online casinos and bingo sites you have listed, get out and hit the pavement , and sell your product to some big name casinos to jump on board with you by any means possible. Your bonuses are sub par at best, your t&c director needs to be fired, and whoever is in charge of the shop itself needs to follow. The rest of you, hit the war room and brainstorm some fresh ideas into that severely incredibly wounded, lost wounded dog like shop before you lose everybody that very much enjoys most of what this site has to offer, and please hurry.

Hi WaroftheGods, You are entitle to your opinion but some of the claims and innuendo made is ridiculous!

What you need to understand is that LCB shop and rewards system is just one of the perks we offer here at LCB. No one is forcing you or anyone else to do anything as you are implying. It is not mandatory to participate but the idea is that members still get rewarded for their input where else they would not be getting anything.
And if you choose to participate then you agree to our terms that are posted HERE.

The shop has plenty of different items, and we strive to add as much as possible and diversify the casino portfolio there.
What you also seem not to understand is that it is not us who have country restrictions , it is the casinos. Obviously there are casinos that take players from your jurisdiction but you say you dont play there. I am sorry but it is what it is. We cannot list every single casino at the Shop, nor every casino wants to be listed there and offer a bonus.
But we definitely will keep trying and keep adding more. Mind we have almost 60 different items right now, and had even more different items during all this time ( now removed for various reasons ).

As far as you not wanting to deposit at some of the casinos/bingos listed in the Shop in order to claim the free chip afterwards, that is entirely your prerogative. 

But the math is simple:

Lets say you make 10-20$ deposit at XYW casino that you dont usually play at. You either win or lose. Then u can claim the related chip from the shop and stand a chance to win off of it.  Win or lose here, you can then apply for $25 for one of the e-wallets from the shop.

This is virtually risk free and at worst case scenario you would end up with +$5 ( $20 u spent at a Casino minus $25 we pay to your e-wallet ) and had free play time, and literally stood chance to win something from nothing.

Its a damn good deal if you ask me.

Nope you are not forced to do anything. And no, you dont get it and no one is desperate. In fact Shop feature is quite popular among the majority of LCB'ers. But I get it we cant please everyone .

I have even greater idea. If you dislike it so much you can always exclude yourself from the shop. In the meantime we will keep adding more casinos as planned, and you can always request for your rewards points to be reinstated.

Well again we cant please everyone and you seem to be one of them. But we surely will not be firing anyone, especially not our Shop Mod who does one helluva job.

But I do appreciate your concerns for the well being of LCB, and we surely are brainstorming NON STOP , which you can tell by monthly updates and improvements we do at the site.

LCB shop is here to stay as one of the more popular features here. But we are not the shop alone, we are so much more than this that we can offer. 
Players were visting LCB long before the shop as the true value of LCB is our information, our other exclusive bonus deals and complaint resolution service , just to name a few.

I think if players want to only purchase one item from the LCB shop then that is what they should be able to do , no restrictions. You mentioned that a lot of members enjoy the many different options, so let them purchase the many options as they see fit. Why put restrictions on purchases in the LCB shop at all, I think it's a clever way for LCB into bullying members into purchases they wouldn't normally want, just so they can later go for the real money items, or the BTC etc. I know I can't be the only one thinking the same thing with this. 

No rewards or loyalty program comes without rules. Some restrictions are made by a casino(s) others are made by us in order to prevent the abuse etc. Further more since we are offering cash items we definitely need to have the rules.
Rules have been changing and updating ever since the shop launch and we will keep adding more as we go. 

Because without the rules Shop would not be able to exist. Because we would be overwhelmed with even more abuse and certain members trying to take an advantage of our loyalty system. 
Sadly the abuse still happens but the rules help great deal to prevent/fight it.

You are again using some strong statements. No one is bullying anyone, no-one is twisting your arm . You DON'T have to participate in the Shop and rewards system, period.

Plus I explained why the shop is EV+ ( estimated value ) given the cash money and free chips we offer you can virtually play for free as long as you qualify and still be ahead of what you initially deposited.

Yes, some no deposit needed bonusses would be awesome.

But I have no problem with the terms and its hard to argue that its not justified and fair. 

I frequently deposit at Casino Extreme and claim the $5 chip to meet requirements and then just claim bitcoin cash voucher hassle free. 

Remember to try and not take the generous spirit of LCB for granted.
