Suggestions for the shop

I already know this, I use these lots in the LCB store, I would have orders for faster processing. And then my lot was bought 31.03 has not been processed yet. A very long time.   But for more choice it would be very cool.

As our shop manager Blueday announced on the forum, due to Easter holiday most of the casino reps didn't work and that's why there is a delay. Please follow this page for more info regarding the shop promotions.

You know what? I never thought of this before and I only noticed this on my phone. I had a casino a while back that provided me a "Free Bonus Round". Was it Guts or something else but anyways they gave me an entry into free spins on Fairy Gate upon accepting. I'm a little annoyed that I have 50.00 that I can't redeem because of your rule. "You need to successfully redeem $5 worth (in cost) of casino chips from the shop before you will be eligible to receive any further cash items. You need to do this in between each and every cash claim. Casino chips do not include branded items like mug and T-shirt."  I have been waiting for a casino that I play at to have an offer in the LCB shop and there never is one. I am not about to join a casino and make a deposit just to cash out here. All I want is the 50.00 Amazon card and I can't redeem it. When are you going to put some new casinos up? Same ones every single day...........

Guts is unlikely but definitely worth a try again.  We can but try with the other two as well.

I don't recommend Jackpot Capital.  Their responses were extremely slow/non existent hence why they were removed from the shop in the first place and to be honest, with members chasing non-replies to requests, it just creates more work. 

Both Slotocash and Uptown Aces were removed as nobody ever qualified.  I can have a word with the rep to get one of them back for a trial period.  I'm going to suggest Slotocash.

If Slotocash doesn't participate, I guess I am out any money I earn logging in and commenting and so on.  As I said before, I don't want to join a casino and make a deposit just to get 50.00.  I cashed out for 25.00 over a year ago and in all that time, no new casinos I play at and none I care to join.  Don't waste your time anymore, thanks for trying.

Also can you please add some charities with smaller donations. Maybe even a place where we can donate are chips back to LCB. I know! Strange right? It’s because I have a problem right now! I have to make a deposit at a casino in order to claim a reward from the shop but money is a bit tight. I usually claim the cash items from the shop however I need to spend a combined total of $5.00 on a free chip or free spins in between claiming them. I don’t mind this and I think it’s more than fair but I really can’t afford to deposit right now. So what am I going to do about this $5.00? I really want to claim another cash reward... I’m just saying that this might be a solution to my problem and the others experiencing the same difficulties.

I think that LCB provides you guys with nice Shop offers. You can claim free spins, no deposit bonuses, and cash items, absolutely free of charge. The casinos require a minimum deposit in between free money claims which saves them from bonus abusers. 

There must be certain rules for LCB as well otherwise people will take advantage of getting freebies and free cash all the time. You can read more about LCB shop Rules T&C HERE.

Not possible. If it was only down to us then sure, but it takes time to communicate with a casino, check if the player is eligible etc.

The wait time is a fair and reasonable wait time. 

Only one email is sent per day to each casino with all the requests for that day otherwise requests are overlooked when more than one email is sent.  Once the email is sent, it's out of our control and we are reliant upon someone else responding to us with actions and results. 

If you don't want to wait too long, then Casino Extreme is the one for you but of course, you need to deposit to qualify.  I send the requests at night and they always come back to me before I've finished sending the other requests.  Speed is their middle name!

I would like to see Luckycasino shop item in the LCB shop :) It's a good casino with regularly deposit bonuses. They do lack of freebies thou, so adding a shop item to the LCB shop would be nice.

why did you change the terms for neteller withdrawals, skrill and other coupons in the shop? Previously, we could use credits earned to redeem vouchers without making a purchase on your partner sites!

Are you referring to this rule: 14. In order to apply for cash items all members must have approved and credited free chips claims in between the real money claims ( cash , bitcoin, money vouchers etc ) for the amount no less than $5. Those members that have a high ratio of cash claims ( $500 or more per year) will have to do free chips claims worth at least $10 ( combined ) in between ( each ) real money item claim.

There need to be rules for cash items, otherwise, people will abuse the shop offers, make posts just to receive free money.

Actually such rule was introduced only couple months after we launched LCB shop ( few years ago ). This was done to stop the abuse and spam we were getting. 

As stated, we also reserve the right to update and change T&C's at any given time. We had many T&Cs updates in the last couple years and we always notify the community about it.

With that said, there are few shop chips that you can claim without making any deposits. Make sure to check the SHop and any questions best to PM directly our shop manager blueday.

Hello, another suggestion for the shop: what about buying tournament entries with LCB chips? It could be private LCB tournaments or regular tournaments. The LCB shop is a great idea but for a french player it's pretty difficult spending all my first 3 months LCB chips because off country restrictions...

Yes, we are aware that there aren't many options in the shop for French players, but we are doing our best to add more casinos that accept Frech players. 

Hello, I know and I like very much the private LCB freeroll tournaments, thank you again for all the advantages you offer to LCB members. But I was thinking LCB chips could perhaps also be used to pay tournaments fees. Instead of paying 5$ to enter a tournament, a player could use a "LCB ticket" paid in the LCB shop. I think it can also be interesting for the casino because they could have more players in tournaments with fees, and some of the LCB players who entered a tournaments with a LCB ticket will buy and pay some "add on" after entering the tournament.

Possible to remove Spacelilly, Auslots and Luckystar from the shop for kingdom of the Netherlands? They cannot accept the Dutch people for a while until everything is fixed here.. :)

I have a suggestion for the LCB shop which I am sure many members would appreciate as Neteller and Skrill are full of poop lately and that would be the addition  of maybe adding An ecopayz voucher? As far as the other proposed methods, if there is enough interest then we can look into it, but the thing is when speaking of cash items it really comes down to the payment methods we use or can use ( gov/country restrictions). 

888Poker and PartyPoker I think its doable but again if there's enough LCB members requesting it.

It also has to be worth our time and effort in setting everything up and making it run as smooth as possible( hence why there must be enough interested LCB;ers )
