Suggestions for the shop

For all admin : Can you please add free chip of betway casino and lucky red casino in the shop ??

I dont trust all of them either... but there are some really good ones with great histories... such as bitstarz, mbitcasino, betchain, nitrogensports, primedice, rollin, and many more.

I still think it would be cool to add 10$ Skrill item, I know it would deliver a lot of requests then but its little bit easier then to reach 25$ everytime:) Also some more spins on netent casinos, maybe energycasino,guts ( they have been before in the shop) Rizk or anything like those casino's would be a lot of fun! and maybe some more bitcoin casino offers! i mean bitstarz offer is now terrible 0.1btc deposit for 25 spins 0.1btc is now a days 100 euro and u get 5 euro worth of spins pretty bad.

Could LCB have an occasional contest (like on Christmas,Easter, LCB's anniversary, etc...) where the prize (could be cash, a smart phone or tablet, ect........)  is in no way connected to or related to the LCB shop, a prize you just win with no terms and conditions to meet before you can claim it.   Just wondering ...........

I love LCB, really I do, but I'd really like to win somethig, occasionally, without having to spend my own money first, just to be able to claim it.  It doesn't really feel like you won a prize when you first, have to make a deposit at a casino, then purchase a chip at the shop before you are allowed to claim a prize that you supposedly won.

It feels like the casinos always have an edge .............

I understand what you're saying Jade however if a member is normally a depositing player at a casino in the shop, it's a nice bonus.

There are some that don't require a deposit to get a first chip like Slotland and Winaday for example (US friendly) and lots of others that aren't US friendly like LuckyDino (no wagering of winnings and no deposit required for first and subsequent spins each month), Diamond World, Vegas play etc etc

We used to have cash contests no strings attached however by introducing the LCB Shop and rewards we made it so contributions are required ( you never can get something for nothing right?  )

Now I understand what you are saying, and we might have some giveaways like you propose in future.

But IMHO LCB shop already covers all that and gives little extra too. Sure you have to contribute and "earn it" but we are awarding members for something they did for free before and contiune to do for free at so many other competitor websites. 

And even though some of the shop free chips come with a deposit requirement, its still sort of free as otherwise players would not get anything no matter if they made a deposit or not.

And then you have free cash vouchers that we give away in between the claimed shop chips, which can be used to deposit at XWY casino and then player can claim free bonus there ( pretty much free of charge ) and stand to win money virtually risk free.

In addition we have couple more things rewards wise lined up for development that will give all members even more options ( hopefully by Autumn ).

Jade i asked that already but not as nice as you did. I almost always only deposit at 3 dice casino. Sometimes i will deposit at Winady but their slots are so hard to win on. I infact have made 100s of dollars worth of deposits at 3 dice which if they were in the shop i would be good to go. They do not want to be dded to the shop which is sad in a way. I haven't managed a win yet but the perks and CS are outstanding.  I had a bit left over on my taxes so i thought i would try to be lucky . I have over $80 in shop credits that i can't use right now. I like to budget my money wisely and only go over the limit rarely. If i have been playing at a casino for years and can only win a small amount on a no deposit, why keep playing there? I understand what Zuga is saying though and i agree to a certain extent. Some players will and do take advantage of the shop. This is where i disagree- Members that do not take advantage should be awarded their credits so they can deposit where they want to without worrying about it. I used to post a lot because i liked to and because It was fun. I even entered the contests because they were fun and the prizes were just a perk. That was before the shop. Now i only post if i have anything to add and not for shop points. I hate when a few bad apples mess it up for everyone. In this i must agree with Zuga because even though i would like to get my shop credits i earned from posting and contests without being limited to the shop casinos i understand why it must be so. 

I understand that every loyalty programme is not perfect, for the every reasons you guys already mentioned ( having rules to prevent abuse etc ). Also the limitations are due to each casino and their related rules, allowed countries and so forth.

This always proposes a serious challenge to keep all members happy... And frankly thats impossible. We offer our rewards system as an incentive and to award our members, and also offer little extra value that you can get via LCB Shop.

Now we understand that ( especially USA ) some players are limited with choice, or prefer other casinos that we don thave listed.
Trust me if it was up to us we would have all those ( reputable ) casinos listed for more choice. It just some casinos dont want to bother, and thats fair enuff.
With that said we are constantly adding and will keep on adding new shop items.

P.S.

For those with limited casino options we have intruduced the rule where they can claim one $25 Kiva charity voucher each month ( instead of trying to claim cash for which they would not qualify in the first place ).

I would absolutely love Betsafe Guts or VeraJohn, but i'm not sure is it possible. Ofc any other NetEnt casinos would also be great ;)

• Send points to other members would be lovely :P
• For the Lovely people add special product's like Rituals, Hunkemoller, Swarovski gifts. Would be.. U know it! :D

I think this is enough of suggestions, some are impossible to add but some of them are lovely.

Thanks for your suggestions maes10. However, Silver Oak and Planet 7 are on LCB's Warning sign list as well as Captain Jack, therefore, we don't do any promotions with them. They are sister brands. Posh Casino is not listed on LCB yet.
