  • So yeah most players from my country know by now that we can not play Net ent or the beloved Microgaming games, at any casino, for a few months now. Those two providers were my favortite and the most people played, so ofcourse they are the ones that get banned. However, we all have to accept that and move on. What I am annoyed about is the fact LCB contiues to list casinos that state players from my country accepted, but do not state we can not play any of those games by those providers. The promos that give free spins on those games clearly need to state that in the description saving a lot of us the trouble of signing up. I mean sure you can still play other providers if they have them of the card games and other games, but who does that on a slot based online casino? You would go to specialised card gaming sites, where there is a lot more on offer. Anyway, I think I will be coming here less and less as online gaming without microgaming or net entertainment games is super sub par.

    P.S. someone out there needs make another provider that has very similar games hint hint wink

  • As you are well aware Im sure, the new regulation in your country has recently kicked in. What this means is that some casinos pulled out, whilst some still trying to stay in the market. On the other hand some casinos that never were in the market are now taking players from your country under the radar....

    This is creating A LOT of misinformation. And a lot of casinos DO NOT regularly update their T&Cs, and this is where we get our updates from. And not to mention that some casinos never notify us of changes.

    This is making our job difficult and we try our best to keep everything up to date. So maybe just maybe you might want to lend a hand and give some constructive feedback oppose to criticizing us in such manner.

    We do invite and always rely on our membership feedback to keep our reviews up to date. Once reported by members we act upon such info as soon as possible and are rather quick to make necessary changes.

    So, dont get me wrong I am all for constructive criticism, but when you start your topic with "IM SICK AND TIRED BLAH BLAH' You are not helping one bit.

    We always do our best to keep all the information up to date.

    Our biggest problem is that the most casinos don't update their t&c regularly. Any help from our members is appreciated.

    You made a comment on VegasBerry casino, regarding 10 Free Spins. Your country isn't stated among restricted countries for that bonus in their t&c. So you can't blame us. We can't know if such information isn't in their t&c.

    In these situations, our members have an important role, by letting us know if something isn't good on our review pages so that we can check with the casino representatives and correct.

  • I think irinalep is just frustrated because his/her favorite games providers are banned from her country. It's very easy to blame someone else, when you're angry, you don't think clearly and take it on someone else. I think he/she should take a break.

    Online gambling is now more difficult than years ago, casinos are making rules and sometimes even very ridiculous ones which could lead to money loss for players. Reading the rules is mandatory in order to prevent frustration.

  • im  a big fan of microgaming and netent.

    microgaming is not avail at all at any casino which accepts players from my country. netent however is still avail to play at videoslots... for now.

    i noticed that with microgaming slots, wen they pulled out of the market here, they also stopped game play at every casino that they supplied to whereas with netent slots, its been a gradule withdraw. some casinos stopped supplying netent while others continued to allow play. on several occasions i was able to play netent slots one day, then  the next day all of a sudden without any notice i wasnt able to play any netent slots at all. netent stopped supplying games to multilotto casino abt 2 weeks ago and it must of been sudden because even their support team werent aware of it. i was given free netent spins on 3 diff occasions that week which i cdnt play so i raised the issue with 3 diff support members, all of them werent aware of the situation. 

    if u love playing netent games then u would also know wot im talking abt...

    so instead of putting the blaming on LCB who are doing the best they can to update the info, why dont u help out by posting the info in the comment section.....
