    What's going on with the shop? I've been trying to redeem a chip for over a week now and haven't been able to.

    What is the problem exactly? Are there offers avaialble to you in the Shop, or some buttons do not work? Could you send a screenshot ?

    Not sure what's wrong, because you have no restrictions and the shop works. I see members ordering Shop bonuses as usual.

    My colleagues did some tests and everything works fine. So, we are not sure what can be a problem. 

    So, a few more questions:

    Which item did you try to buy?

    Please tell me what kind of message did you receive when you tried to buy an item or send a PM? 

    Also, try buying something from the Shop and sending a message too. Tell me the exact times you tried to do it, and we will try to locate the problem.
