Can you request to all casinos to post their allowed and not allowed countires at your website pls. So that the players won't be having hard time and problems in the future.
In order to prevent problems. Lessen complains. And lessen workloads of support and chat people.
And update it every now and then.
Thank you.

Hi angeleumi,
Sometimes this information isn't available at the casino so it would be very difficult to post the "unknown" information here.
Where country restrictions are known, these are posted.as and when they can be posted.
I should mention that it is also the responsibility of the player to know whether gambling is allowed in their jurisdiction. A standard sentence may be included on a casino website that reads something like this "Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which you are located or residing. The Player retains sole responsibility for any gaming activity to ensure no law or legislature prohibiting gaming online is contravened."
If you are USA, just look at the All Casinos list where you can see either an American flag or a greyed out flag on the left hand side of the list.
I hope this helps a little.

It is available to them. It is stated in their list of term and conditions plus their usual updates of these listings every now and then. They know that.
And here in our country gambling is legal. Why are do some casinos doesn't accept players from our country.
For help, to avoid confusion, further problems and to lessen hassle for both the players and the casino support they must/should help in providing the list to us. -

Sometimes. - So, the casinos who has listing must/should provide.
They will have the chance to update the list every now and then as the need arises and as they will know countries that prohibit online gambling.
So therefore, I suggest that LCB should help provide a thread where casinos can post and update the list of their allowed and banned countries. Please.

It is the casinos responsibility and help to the players to provide us the list at one site where we can see all and choose freely and rightly where we are allowed to play.
And a casino that could provide us list would have an advantage cause we will know that they are serious in having the right player to play with them. Therefore, those casinos who would provide the list will be the ones we will support and play with cause they honestly give us the right information and free our mind from further problems when we are playing.
Does anyone agree?
And your list in ALL CASINO only have the US flag. How about me? I'm a filipino. What about Philippines? What about the 200plus more countries here on Earth? -

The only way would be for someone to create a thread with countries not allowed at each casino. That is a task and a half as there are over 400 casinos on the All Casinos page.
I do understand what you are saying angeleumi as I know you had a problem at a casino that changed from allowing Phillipines to not allowing Phillipines (because it suited them).
I'll think about creating a thread listing all non-allowed countries for each casino and get back to you on that.

Angeleumi - be careful about the Top 10 Casino list on this website. It states they are the best 10 casinos ON THE INTERNET, but they are all U.S. casinos which this forum says are "most popular" with the members. These are not the best casinos on the internet. Your choices to play are most likely much greater than U.S. players, so you can do way better than Slots Jungle.
I'd try Bet365 or maybe another reputable Playtech if I was from the Phillipines (games are great). -

Thank you. Opinion noted.
But, Bet 365 doesn't accept Philippine players. And also most of the playtechs.
Please if their are some casino reps who are reading this thread or posts, kindly please post your allowed or not allowed countries here. Or please post here if you allow Philippine players on your casinos.
Your help and guidance would be very much appreciated.
Thank you. -

Hi angeleumi,
On reflection, this would be an absolute mammoth task and whilst I realise it is important to you and possibly other members, I don't think it would warrant the days it would take to compile such a list.
I recommend looking at the T & C of casinos that you wish to play at before you download the casino. I also recommend you to read the review of the casinos that you choose by looking at the All Casinos list and click on "Review" to read about that casino. I also suggest avoiding casinos marked with a .

Hi blue,
It is not a mammoth task. LCB would just provide the space for the thread, and it is up for the casino reps to put their casinos respective thread for their list of allowed or restricted countries in their casinos.
Definitely, those casinos or casino reps who could provide the list would have the advantage of our support cause their list would let us know if we are allowed in their casino. Therefore, those who has the clear list would be the priority casinos also in our personal list to play with.
It would be very helpful to have that thread or list because there are casino who always hides the fact or sometimes just bans or disallow without apparent legal or valid reason and makes the certain provisions in their T&C as an excuse when well in fact the real reason is that they can't accept the fact that the player is winning and its just hard for them to accept that. And they make the country not allowed as reason more often than not. -

We are the customers. We are the source of their income. They must provide good service. They must satisfy us. Casinos who doesn't satisfy us doesn't deserve our playing time and money.
They are making their T&Cs as their most idiotest excuse. We all know that T&Cs are made solely for their own advantage. T&Cs are made to have loopholes and many excuses.
To all players, these are our hard earnered money. We should act. We should not allow them to make us look idiots. Its about time for us to think about this.
The casinos who would support this would be the casinos who is worth playing with cause they are honest and have a good intention of providing good service. Wake up. -

In many cases, the information is easily found in the terms and conditions. Being knowledgeable about where you deposit is your responsibility; however we are in the business of simplifying life for our members.
It would certainly be something that could be added to the casino reviews as a convenience to players during monthly updates.
It's just a thought which could be a task for a later date but any decisions regarding that are for the big boss to make. That would involve programming and can't be done instantly.
Zuga will surely address this when he has the opportunity. -

This is a good point and good suggestion:
"It would certainly be something that could be added to the casino reviews as a convenience to players during monthly updates"
I hope this would push thru.
But, with the volume of casinos it would be very hard for the players to look into each casinos updated monthly reviews especially if a player plays in a lot of casinos. A thread that simply contains the allowed or restricted countries for a player would be very helpful and easily to use. -

Hi angeleumi,
creating such topic is not realistic. There is too many casinos and too many countries to be able to put all that info at one thread.
In regards to adding restricted countries to our reviews. It is very tricky to keep such info up to date, again due to amount of casinos we got listed and casino T&Cs constantly changing in regards to restricted countries.
Further more all that info we would have to collect manually and check for all the changes regularly , which is enormous amount of work. We would also be at risk of missing some info, or some terms being outdated.
So ultimately its up to each player to check these terms themselves.
What we do however, is always list restricted countries when we publish exclusive promotions here at forum and under bonus reviews.
Your suggestion has been noted though, and we will give it some thought in the weeks to come ( as we are currently extremely busy ).
cheers

Thank you Zuga.
May I just point out some of your details:
"Further more all that info we would have to collect manually and check for all the changes regularly , which is enormous amount of work. We would also be at risk of missing some info, or some terms being outdated."
-it should be the responsibility of the casino reps to post, update and inform players about the changes.
"So ultimately its up to each player to check these terms themselves."
- The T&C that has many loopholes. The T&C that they use to make excuses. What a life.
The casino that would support my ideas would be the casino that I would play more and lobby to other players that they should play in these casinos also. Because these casinos would be pro-player, honest and intends to give excellent service to the players, their lifeblood. -

What i am wondering is who decided what countries are restricted? Is it independently decided by each casino, software or where they are licensed.
If there is a group casinos operated and owned do they all follow suit? I see where you are coming from runner and it is certainly a mess trying to decipher where everyone can play depending on jurisdictional restraints.
For the US it is a bit easier cuz we are denied practically everywhere!

I sometimes talk with a chat moderator when I found out that I could not play with their . and he told me that my country will not accept them. everything that is legal in one country, one need permission from the government. but on the other hand, the casinos can decide which countries they want to accept, some countries abuse their bonuses. gambling addiction remains, U.S. is a big country with many inhabitants. the likelihood of gambling is not 50-50. Unfortunately, our chance of winning is smaller ... you could be rich if you can run online casino in the whole USA! LAS VEGAS might be not happy with you (politics)
therefore it is accepted almost everywhere Netherlands. In the future I hope that USA is accepted everywhere! My idea would be foolish, but it makes it easier for people who want to know where they stand. -

I think it would be more of a headache to have each country allowed and restricted. Can you imagine muddling through all that?
Casino X Allowed Restricted
Bulgaria USA
Amsterdam Albania
Tiawan Angola
Phillipines Laos
Russia Egypt
Japan Ghana
China Grenada
Mexico
Italy
Asia
Iceland
Germany
Jordan
Just a quick example but I wouldn't take the time to look through 400 casinos and 237 countries for each.
For me.... It would be easier to do a quick check with a casino I may be interested in.
Just my 2 cents
Someone better read this post cuz it took me a few minutes to come up with that many countries. -

- Restricted and allowed to play in casino - is few reason To one casino accepts example most place but excludes example 10 country
2 - most importand reason for excluded some country group to play or use no deposit or deposit promotions is.
1- Law regulations is some country - So Usa excluded to play in 3/4 Good Trust Place.
2- Poor Quality Traffic from Some country group - A lot bonus Hunters - Multiplayers(Multiacconts) - And small numbers good depositors -
Casino wonna make money they wonna find good players - Somtimes give them 10 or 20 free with some wagering so they try find a lot good quality traffic players -Players registered and use free money - play try software games - Next thy will be depositors - and make often deposit and plays - So Casinos nedd good conversions - This work usually good with players from Some geographic location Country Group - - the best conversion no depositors - to depositors.--- Next is some group medium quality traffic
And finnaly the worst Quality traffic from Some country group - Called Bonus Hunters - and casino if open Some Promotions - Deposit or No deposit - usually dont make money with Players from some countries.
Becose conversion not work - Very Massive traffic from few countries registered only to take free chips and try withdrawal without risk - But from all this group mayby 1% back with deposit - 1-2% is very bad conversion ... Example from the best traffic from Few Country - who use no deposit bonus and next make often deposit conversion can be 10-15 or 20%
So - New casino often add some group countres to not allowed to play in terms and conditions country list. - or not allowed to use no deposit or deposit bonus promotions.
So this is 2 Reason im know - Not allowed becose - law in some countries - Gambling prohibition - Or Summary to bad Quality Traffic from few countries.3.8/ 5

Hi e1!!
I hv a suggestion...to help our fellow LCB'ers, if we try an join a site an realize our country is restricted, we should all make a point in posting on the site's review page. This way it will avoid hassels for any 1 person on keeping this list up to date...we all pitch in...I for 1 would be happy to do it...
Have a good one and win big -

When I first started gambling online abt 3/4 yrs ago, for the 1st 4 months I went crazy signing up at every free, no deposit bonus casino site I could google. After that I moved on and played only bingo sites.
I just recently started playing at casinos again in the last 4 months coz I can no longer play at any bingo site powered by my favourite software… globalcom.
I played bingo practically everyday… at home on the pc and on my mobile everywhere else so I was shocked wen I found out abt the ban. There was nothing written on the site informing me of the change so I didn’t no why I kept on getting redirected back to the homepage every time I tried to login that morning. I had to go to live support to find this info out.
I was able to register and play at all the online casinos but now due to the new restrictions imposed only a few months ago, I am finding that I am no longer allowed to play at a lot of these casinos anymore.
The casinos should inform players of any new terms & policies that will affect them.. but they don’t.
The casinos should have a current list of all countries restricted from playing at their sites… but they don’t.
There are a lot of other things they should do but they don’t…,
I went and checked on several bingo and casino sites and they still havnt till this day added my country on the restricted list.
how can u expect LCB to keep the list updated when they, themselves havnt even bothered to update the T&Cs on their own site.
I totally agree with blue abt it being a mammoth task especially since so many new casinos are opening up practically every month while just as many are closing down.
At the end of the day be responsible with your hard earned cash.
Don’t play at sites that u think are shady and dodgey and
Don’t be an idiot by not reading and understanding the sites T&Cs properly b4 u make a deposit there
We can ACT and help LCB staff inform players of these changes by posting them in the comments section of that casinos review page.
i went through LCBs bingo and casino list and posted comments at the casinos that I know of that have changed restrictions just to help out a bit…. -

I agree, it's very hard to track terms for all casinos but I've noticed that most of them have updated list on registration page and you can easily scroll through allowed countries.
Problem is with RTG casino because they have all countries listed in registration page but when you hit register you see if you are eligible to sign up or message banned pop's up. Interesting is Neogames software because terms for restricted/allowed countries doesn't exist. If you contact support and ask them for the list they will say, you must register to see.
I think Microgaming, Playtech and Netent software are the most reliable for this information. I always receive an email if my country is no longer welcome and time frame for withdrawal of my founds.
At the end it's player responsibility to check terms before playing in casino.
