    May I ask about the visibility of LCB shop and the restricted area by the player's region? I play at jazz casino but on LCB it says restricted in my country. So I would like to inform the relevant person that it is not like that. Currently I am registered and logged in normally. But I cannot see their products in the shop. Similarly, I have played at Oshi Casino, bought products 2 times, deposited $300, never withdrawn, many times. Maybe I am unlucky. Currently they are not providing service. But I can see the shop. Nothing much. I just want help to fix it if possible. Update about the visibility of LCB shop and the restricted area by the player's region. Thank you very much.

    You can't see it in the shop, because Jazz Casino does not participate in this rewards program any longer, and it's been quite a while since they asked to be removed. 

    And regarding Oshi, I will check with the casino and udpate the terms if necessary.

    Have your issue resolved Minmu01? Now what can you do now because Jazz is no longer available in the shop. But Oshi is still present.
