    We've received this suggestion from some of our members, and now I can proudly present you a new feature for your Shop purchases. From now on, you will be able to track the status of your orders. 

    This information will be available on your Dashboard, here - https://jswqzs.com/users/dashboard

    Statuses:

    • New - it means that an item is successfully purchased and that a request is accepted
    • Request Sent - a request has been sent to a casino 

    From here on, the statuses are pretty self-explanatory :

    • Approved / Credited
    • Denied / Refunded
    • Canceled / Refunded
    • Rejected

    And when you click on My Shop on your dashboard page, you will be able to see the list of your purchases with final results. 

    Hopefully, this will improve your shopping experience. :)

  • I just seen that the lcb shop purchase I made might not go through. I purchased 25 free spins for bitstarz. At the beginning asked for username or email and I provided the username. However in the details of the purchase I noticed afterwards it asked for an email address to be provided highlighted in blue lettering so I of cause didn't read it because for something to give you two options and then on the final purchase page say there's actually only one option I would expect the highlighted coloring of something so important to be highlighted in red. Thanks for anything you guys are able to do and figure out

    It's important what's written in the item's terms specifically. If an order requires an email address than please provide your email address. Where exactly did you see that you can provide your username or an email for your BitStarz purchases? You said that twice in your post, 

    You can send me a PM with your BitStarz email and I will update your request  - it's not too late. I will send new requests tomorrow. . 

    FYI, when purchsing items you can provide both your username and email address. Just provide necessary information. It's not an either - or. situation 

  • I didn't mean to repeat myself in post ether. I apologize. It says on initial popup after clicking on bitstarz 25 spins that ether username or email attached to account needs to be included. Even your reply said the username wasn't included. I'm pretty sure bitstarz doesn't call them usernames but the do have nicknames that work the same. Or I could just have this really confused and be totally off.     Recently ,some of the casinos (in lcb shop) are no longer available for players from Serbia, since the beginning of August. Primebetz casino, Slotland, Mr.O and Primaplay. They all lost license for Serbia. Could you remove them from the list, or even better to replace them with some other casinos?

    Yes, you have already mentioned this and we will move Serbia to restricted countries if we get such information from casinos.

    Just to correct that primaplay casino is available again for players from Serbia, probably from this morning. but the other 3 casinos mentioned above are definitely still unavailable.
