How to prevent spammers for posting?

Greetings LCB Admins,

I'm not a genius but as always i wanna try to help out.. Maybe a good idea to put a verification code before posting, would that help out the spammers?

For example; if i wanna post something i need to calculate something 1+7= ? or click 'I am human' something like that?

Just some thoughts and idea's to help..

that means) LMAO !!  .   I think IT  already has security in place.

This was last friday.. lots of chinese message i dont know what happens .. Thats why i am trying to help LCB'ers.. Ive to delete them all from inbox .. :'(

Whoa!  okay, I'm sorry Jackie, I misunderstood.  I get notifications (very official looking, bearing the LCB logos) notifying me of responses to threads I subscribe to,  etc.  This is something I've never seen before.   It looks to me like your email or account here has been hacked. 

Yea well, my email isn't hacked i mean, ive got 2 steps verification and all but i think im subscribe to some LCB topic, that's where all the posts come from.. Maybe its just me, i dont know.. :)

 I get the emails saying "so and so"  replied to a post you're subscribed to but I haven't seen anything like this before.    I don't know what that's all about.  Maybe switch to a different email?  I know we all get phishing attacks and suspicious emails.  If I don't know who it's from or where it's coming from, I ain't opening it.   I would be interested in knowing if anyone else here at LCB is getting this. 

Nobody seen this spam on the forum? Lolz.. its my eyes getting crazy or i mean.. 0 staff online

Zuga boss, Ive unnotify myself on No Deposit Casino section and i still receive new topics create.. How is that possible? I mean ive unsubcribe and still receive spams from that topic..

we've tested the unnotify board feature and it's working fine, but are you maybe still subscribed to the topics, for which you received notification mails?

Yeaa i think its fine now, i dont receive any new topics atm. Maybe it needs some time to unsubcribe i dont know, but thnx for the support

I think that moderators are working great. I saw sometimes one or two spams in week, but they are deleted fast. Great job.
