It would be good idea you to remove from profile info those claimed items from LCB shop which were cancelled, so member and you see right away truly items which are really bought. For example in my profile is many claimed items which I never really receave because I did not understand rules good enough and were cancelled and needed bludays help to do that finally right

I understand what you're saying but I don't think it's either "doable" or worth it. You know what you have received and what you haven't received. So many claims are denied, particularly the casino chips, it would be a never ending job!

See your name top right on the forum page, point to that and you will see a dropdown list. Click on "view public profile". That way you can see what you have claimed and when. Hope that helps. -

I agree with blueday on this one. I understand your thoughts but I truly think it would be a huge job for admins and at the same time, none of us claim that much items that we can't remember about them. And if they are casino chips or money you can just check your accounts in those places, I do so, to be sure I don't claim something too fast
