BEST IDEA EVER!

this is big but if its possible our little LCB family can have some extra cash to have contests, freebies, sponsor poker tourneys, sponsor poker players to main events, etc etc. lol this might be a real good idea(if it will work) or it could be the dumbest thing anyone has ever posted here.
oh well, so here goes.....
first of all we have to have a contest to invent or come up with a totally new and awesome PROGESSIVE game. second, we get in touch with a gaming designer, which i would assume is not so hard to do. this is where we make a 30% deal for us and 70% for designer. i am quite sure these game designers lease out the games they invent but am not sure. if they do lease out their games we get 30% of the cut forever. wow that would be some serious cheese.
this is a contest to better the lcb family and is not for personal gain. therefore all entrants to the contest would have to sign waivers etc etc as to affect all entries belong to lcb group.



lol what a dreamer i am.....this would not work would it? how in the world would we review all the entries to pick a winner and prevent it getting stolen from any casino or unregistered onlookers? also, the winner, despite signer waivers, could end up suing for personal gain. i guess we could use msn and pm's for entries and also get just the moderators to judge the contest. i still think it could be done.

everyone please tell me this is a good idea or a dumb one. be frank about it too.

It is hardly a "dumb" idea. I can see you put alot of thought into this. It's members like yourself that come up with great ideas that make LCB better all the time.

A sponsor for a particular even say poker to represent LCB is always a nice idea. As far as creating a new game and getting in contact with "gaming designer" that would be a whole new concept for LCB.

The problem with that.....which by the way is an awesome idea can't be done. The reason is LCB is not licensed as a gambling site, rather a forum for gamblers. Unfortunately because of that it can't be done.

Wouldn't it be a great idea for LCB to have their own gambling site......now that would be awesome!!!! Knowing what players want and need through player comments i think it would be one of the best gambling site around!!!

Ya got me thinking!!! So i came back. If your referring to a slot that a particular software would set up a slot at a gaming site, for a LCB slot that would be the bombbbbbbbb!!!

I can see it now.......3 LCB admin's bring the player to the bonus round. Zugas are wild!!! And the Moderators are pays lines. The LCB logo is the jackpot!!!

It doesn't have to be all money it can be prizes like an IPOD, Gift cetificates, LV Trips (vegas sponsors those for free all the time lol) TV's, anything.. ooOOooo

cool you all kind of understand. we hold a contest to come up with a total new game and then we partner with a software platform. we make the best deal we can for some ownership of the game with the designer, and we take that percentage of the game income to spend on whatever we want or need.  it's probably harder to do than what i am thinking. none the less, it's a cool idea and would be nice if we could become "designers" and co-owners of a new online game. i already came up with a 8 line progressive game at fixed bet of 80cents.
