Share your bad beats in this thread - name the site if you want to.  I know I'm not the only one getting bad beats.

Here is one to start off:

I have   and I raised 5 x BB.  The player at BB calls and we are the only 2 players in the hand.

The flop is    

BB checks.  I check.  I'm trying to sucker him in to thinking I don't have the ace.  The turn is .  BB checks and I bet the pot.  BB calls.

The river comes:  .  BB bets all in and I call.

He showed his hand which was   .

I was livid when I saw his 9 and to think he called a largish pre-flop raise with 93 off.  What a fish.

Aces cracked at Pokerstars (25c tourney with 45 players)  

I raised 6 times the BB and the "calling station" of course throws his chips in and calls.  After the flop, I just went all in and he called again.  As you can see, he got lucky on the river.  So typical of PS.  

If you look in the picture, you can just see my opponent's "circle" round his seat is red.  That would be because I made some notes on this player.  He is poor poor poor.  Called out of position with Q3 off suit.  I think that when there are calling stations on the table, I definitely need to be more bold with great hands like AA and just go all in from the off.  I would rather just take the blinds than get beaten by a donkey like that.

I'm not sure if what I had was a bad beat but during the week I played a bounty freeroll at AWH.I have a pair of 3's so I check and the flop is 5 5 3 so I bet the pot...$200.Everyone folds except a player who raises me.I think ok he has trip 5's so I go all-in.he has 5..8 off suit soooo yes he has trips.The turn card is A of diamonds..so far so good and then comes the river...a 8....crap!!LOL  of course.It's maybe not a bad beat but it's close enough for me!!LOL

He called your all in with trips and you had a full house.  He only had 4 cards that could beat you (1 x 5 and 3 x 8 ). He only had a 10% chance of winning that hand on the river, so yes, it's definitely a bad beat

I'll tell you about my expierence. I had TPTK on the flop, I checked and than miniraised, opp call. turn K, I didnt believe that he has K but I checked, after opp's bet (he raised too much in my opinion) I went allin. he called, I had AQ and Q on the flop and he showed 66, gotcha I thought. river 6.. I play NL10, I didnt lost a lot but..  :-pp

Ouch i agree that hurts Malika!

My worst bad beat was when i had a pair of twos in my hand and the board flopped a 2 for three of a kind along with an ace. My opponent raised me on the flop and i was certain he had the ace.

Of course i matched his bet but didn't want to scare him off just yet by re-raising. On fourth street another 2 comes out giving me quad twos! I was a sure winner ( i thought) when he bet and i went all in. Turns out he had pocket Aces and was looking at three of a kind while i had four of a kind.

The river sent me down the river with no paddle as the Ace hits the green felt giving him a bigger four of a kind then mine. I was sickkkkkkkkkkkk.........

OMG blue! That is the absolute worst!!! I would have been howling and probably buying a new computer after a thing like that!

I think it has to be the worst bad beat ever.....ever.

I would chuck the computer at the wall I think.  I wouldn't give up the game though.

For once I was the one doing the BEATING!

I was playing in a SNG tourney and the chip leader was smooshing everyone including me on every hand. I was getting nothing and more nothing... watching my already smooshed stack dwindle when I got KK! Finally, something to play so i throw my decimated stack all-in... But of course the chip leader called while everyone else folded and he flipped AA. My heart sank. Well, nothing for it, but to let the hand unfold before us. Flop 9 J Q, no help. Turn another Q, still no help, I'm folding up my tent ready to finish with a whimper... River is a ..............................drum roll please.................10!

After that I was unstoppable and ended in 1st place! Yeeee and Hawwwww!

So annoying that the player with the chips left gets lucky on the river.  See the piccy attached.

Oh blue what a bummer... I had a game yesterday where I went all in and had the hand with KK... the chip leader was the only one that stayed in against me and he turned over a 3-8 unsuited. And you know how that had to end. He ended with 2 pair and I was out. I was too gutshot to grab a screenie.

Just a bully with a big stack and would not hurt him if he lost against my pitiful little all-in stack. And he could have been counting on the RNG/big stack wins thing. It sure worked for him!  :-pp

This site sucks big time imho.  So many bad beats....

ahhhhh blue... that is a bad beat indeed. Looks a lot like the hands I have been seeing the last couple days... can't win for losing. Fortunately it has followed a pretty good streak and I have money left in my bankroll to try again. My last KK met up with a slow played AA... had to wash my mouth with soap after that hand!

All in pre-flop. What is it with 9s on this site?

As you can see from the opponent's balance, that hand was the decider and I would have won however, I went on to lose as this guy got lucky like this time after time after time.

Unlucky massive favourite but u will lose 18% of the time in that situation and that was 1 of them.  :(

Awwwww blue... I feel for you! Sometimes you can do everything right and then the fickle finger of fate finds you. Personally, I hate having 2 pair. I always lose those hands.

What's up with Full Tilt at the moment.  I can't hardly win any game.  I know I'm not out in this bad beat but I was pretty livid as you can imagine.

It does get to you that's for sure.  It certainly got to me this morning.  I don't mind if they have a half decent hand but when they call a huge pre-flop raise and then an all in bet with 23 suited and win....grrr.  Had that happen before!

That was one of those bad burns and he gave a great commentary of losing your blessed mind we all can relate to.

Huge raise pre-flop (15x BB)  - just the one caller.  Huge bet post flop and re-raised all in.  Aces cracked.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

That really sucks big time.  Why do they do that?  Some sort of software help? 

It's 5nl and i can only imagine that they were in the same mode I was. Just fooling around and looking for some fun. But who knows

Aces cracked!  Pre-flop raise to 20c (not much but bear in mind this is a 1c/2c table) and the donk calls.

I have been thinking that lately myself. I get so wrapped up in having aces that I lose more then I have been winning. I gonna start dumping them and see what happens.

Ditto medtrans but I'd like to see what "would have happened" if I'd called after dumping them.  Chances are someone will hit trips of some kind.

It would be difficult for me to dump them too,I usually jump up and down when I get them  :-[ :P but maybe I'll try it and see what happens!!

So true medtrans.  I always want someone to raise big when I get aces so I can go over the top of them.
