  • Can someone please help me 

    A days ago I hit for $32,000 and when my free spins were concluded it booted me out and I logged back in and the money wasn't in the account. They told me after I emailed em a few times that they see no irregularities and that I'm basically screwed I could even click on the game I was on and you know when you go to a game it shows your last win you had. It would show that I won $32,644.80 and I showed them that and they still said it's not a win.

  • This is a Newer Sweeps Casino (SC) like Chumba, LuckyLand and Pulsz. My Personal experience has been great with them. It has only a $50.00 min withdrawal unlike Chumba 100.00min. The verification process was extremely fast taking less the 48hrs to complete it the took 2 days for it to deposit in my bank account. you get a Dollar a day and sometimes thats all it takes. But sorry to see your experience wasnt so good

  • LCB! I LOVE YOU GUYS BUT YOU ARE MISSING THE MARK HERE! You absolutely should be looking into zula casino and you have chumba you have Stake  on your site they are sweepstakes casinos too. I tried to bring this to your attention years ago it's huge here in the United States and these are running as legitimate casinos. It would be a great service to those of us in the United States if there was someone keeping an eye on all of these sweepstakes casinos popping up. 

  • Sportzino, Fortune Coins, Chanced, Sweepslots, Pulsz, Scrooged, Wow, are just some of the new sites that have popped up in the last year or two. The Money Factory just popped up on my feed last night. The sweepstakes model is that you don't wager with " real money" instead you buy gold coins and with those you get sweepstakes coins for " free" which is worth cashing out as real money when you win  I mean it's just a way around the laws here. So I mean technically you're buying the sweepstakes coins because you're purchasing gold coins with them but on the books they say that the sweepstakes coins were free. But I had issues with cashing out at sportzino. It would be nice if we had someone here keeping them honest

  • I am very concerned that zula did not pay this person $32,000 and is trying to weasel around it. These are very popular sites and a lot of people play them you would be expanding your reach and your presence 100 fold if you took the time to research these  gaming sites and became a liaison. I recommend you to people I meet here in the US and with the popularity of these sweeps casinos it's been hard to recommend you because you seem to ignore their existence. I brought this to your attention as a suggestion for your monthly spotlight a couple years ago and heard radio silence on the subject. Please you would be expanding your  relevance here in the US. We need you here helping us with the sweepstakes sites. 

  • Just wanted to add to this that I was winning not a lot but winning nonetheless and no connection error no nothing and Zula logged me out I was winning. So I had to log back in and of course lost my winning streak and they of course said they didn't see anything on my account and told me it was a connection error I know it wasn't a connection error it happened very quickly there was no lag in my play and a text box on zula's site popped up and said you have been logged out. I think they're messing with RTP or something definitely and their support really doesn't address the issue they just lay blame back on the person complaining. I was connected to my business strength Wi-Fi and I also was on my phone so I have mobile data as backup but generally if it's my connection ( which is rare) I experience a lag and there's definitely no text box from whatever site I was on at the time telling me I've been logged out.

  • I don't trust them. Nor do I trust their sister site sports xeno because they refuse to pay me out even though I sent them sufficient documentation to show my residence.
