    Zula casino has had my attempt to cash my sweeps coins in sitting in pending for 8 days my redemption won't move past pending  I have emailed them all documents and am verified "vip" so all my documents are good they have sent am email saying g up to 3 days then they sayed 3-5 days and every email I recieve is exactly word for word  the same generic email that I'm sure is an auto response it was two separate transactions  both say pending still when they themselves said it would be changed to paid within 3 days it just says pending ? Anyone else have this going on
