    Good afternoon, dear forum participants and administration.There was an unpleasant situation with the payment.Since 08/09/2023, bet24-7 casinos managed by Versus Odds BV cannot process a withdrawal request. At T&C, it was written on their website that the application would be processed within 48 hours.2 letters to their mail remained unanswered.I immediately send them my passport and video with my passport and me. In the chat manager said that my account is verified and wait to withdrawal. Today it's already 14.08.2023.The funds have not been paid.Please help me solve the problem with the payment.My username in the casino is go******* .Thank you.
