    You have to tell us the name of the casino so we are able to get in touch with them and ask about your withdrawal.

    i know casinos that dont make payments on weekends maybe its a similar case. why dont you ask casino support to see what they say about it?

    very strange answer... if they want to delay they ll give you a very nice excuse if its within their timelimits they ll just say that. its a first to hear a "stuck" withdrawal
