  • I claimed a deposit bonus on showlion casino and after finishing wagering I tried to cash out. My account was verified a month ago. On their website it flashes that they carry 12 hrs cash out but it has been 45 hrs and I have not received any money. Their live chat is almost down all day and when u turns live the moment I ask about withdrawal it goes offline. Their Facebook does not respond their Twitter does not respond and on WhatsApp they read messages but still don't respond. I got a message saying that they have processed my withdrawal but when I ask them about what is the transaction number of the withdrawal processed to my account they don't respond. Absolutely bad.

They block your account if u ask for withdrawal.showlion live chat was active a while ago and I contacted them. They asked for my email put me on hold and shut down the chat. I don't think they are going to reply to you. It's better to not waste time. I have learnt my lesson. It's a scam website.

    The sad part is I deposited today and requested for a withdrawal today and later I came across this thread to my dissappointment. I will wait for it. If they cheat me then let's boycott the casino. How much was the amount which they are not willing to pay you ?

    They provided us with the evidence showing that you have been paid on 24th April.
    You requested a withdrawal on 23rd April and the process was successfully completed the next day. The transaction number for your withdrawal request is 240970. Please check and confirm that the funds have reached your account.

    Yes, they give withdrawls just take sometimes as you become a old player of this site, you wont face this problem as I am also a old player . But just I am not sure about the roulette as I dont know how the numbers are thrown out bit confused. Hope will share some more experiences soon.
