RESOLVED: Hello Casino, Withdrawal

I won 10 642 Swedish crown in Hello Casino. They asked me to verify my account and I send them the documents they asked for, ID-card and a verify of my address from "skatteverket". After that I got a mail from them, that my account was verified. They closed my account and asked for a print of my bank account, where they can check my name and address, even when they had sent me a mail that everything was OK, and my account was verified. In Sweden they don´t write the address in the bank account. Now, I have tried to contact them several times by mail, but I don´t get any answer. <<<<<i hope you can help me here on lcb.

Did you send them utility bill ( this is another way to verify your address ).?

This is awful, the fact that they are not answering to your emails say it all to my opinion. I hope you will solve this, i will check it. 

Hello Casino don´t pay out. I have give them verify of my address and a copy of my ID-card, as they asked for. After that they send me an email that my account wad verified but still I don´t have got any money from them. After they had verified my account they send me another mail, and ask after a copy of my bank account, where they can read my name and address, but the band don´t write my address in the bank account. What I´m now asking about is that, why did tey tell me, that my account is verified, and after that, close my Hello Casino account and ask after more paper to verify my account? They even don´t answer to email, as I sent to them, about why they don´t pay out.

I got this email from Hello Casino. If I translate it: "Thank you for sending in your documents. Your account now is verified and your withdrawal will be handled shortly.

The casino usually requires the bank statement or the utility bill where they can see your name and address. Did you send them a utility bill instead? 

However, we informed the casino about your case and their manager is looking into it.

My withdrawal from Hello Casino is now resolved. I have got the money from them, in my bankaccount.
