RESOLVED: Pacific spins withdraw

My user name is Nurmle and I've been trying to withdraw my money from pacific spins. I have emails saying I've been fully verified. I have emails saying that my payment is being payed out I have email after email of nothing but excuses and the same things said over and over from them. Every time I try to withdraw I request do everything I need to do. Put in my wallet address and a half hour later it's back in the casino account like it never happens. When I email them they say the same thing over and over. I need to be verified even though I have a email saying I have been. They are not doing anything to help at all and I have plenty of emails to verify that there doing nothing at all .

The verification deposit is wager free which means that it is given back along with your winnings. There should not be any fees applied. You need to make a verification deposit so you are able to cashout your winnings.
