    My withdrawal of 35 mbtc from cryptothrills.io never received but it says that the withdraw was completed  can someone please help me resolve this issue thank you

    They refuse my withdrawal of 35 mbtc saying that I exceeded the max bet and the max win amount  and told me that they canceled the withdrawal  and said my ip has multiple accounts but I only have one account how can I get my withdrawal of 35 mbtc please help me recover my withdrawal and I'll donate half to anyone who can help resolving  my  withdrawal request issues
