CLOSED: What do you think ? Hit Mega Moola, See Minor " Orange " ....What do you see ?

I play Mega Moolah Hit Minor as we see Orange line up, But the Mini the red was in the back, so it pay 23$

I Send a complain saying that it was CLEAR and we can clearly see a orange line witch is Minor.

It would appear from the video that there was a bug. Any response from the support?

Well It's a BUG, I Send them the video they look at it, it as been a week.

See i'm a graphic designer and I see these detail, I was spinning It stop and we clearly see a Orange line witch is Orange Minor about 100$ win, In sted the program give me 23$ RED witch is Mini.

If they was a glitch and the color is not CLEAR " RED " I ask them to look at it, still no answer.

They told me that I should get a answer this week, Hope they will not come and denied it

it's  a shame it's only 100$ So I can immagine if I was to hit the Big jackpot, I see WHITE and then she pay me 20$ Mega Moolah as to be PERFECT no glitch if we see a slide bug they must pay. No questionask

I believe it would be the Microgaming themselves that have a final say in this, since games are hosted on their server and casino pretty much can only monitor your play.

I do hope however Casino Epoca will prove capable in communicating with MG and solving this through, particularly because you have the video showing an obvious discrepancy.

I Will specially bacuae it show CLEARLY that it was faulty and Normally I should had get Minor, But we see a glitch in the design as we see Full Orange but it pay Mini I think they simly combine together and the orange color was on top.

You can always try but chance for succes with this complaint in my opinion is 0% 

Still notthing yet....It's a shame for this small amount by chance it was not the Jackpot

EPOCA REPLY : WE STILL WAIT FOR MG TO REPLY.

They just to take 41 sec look at the video and see that it was DEFAULT and the ORANGE ( MINOR ) Clearly show.

Find that Ridiculous all the wait for nothing I couldn't imagine what whould happen If I hit the Jackpot.
