RESOLVED - Adamevecasino outhright theft of 2000euro

i just want to warn other players for adameve casino, below is a copy of my recent comlaint at another gambling site, unfortunaly adameve dosnt even bother to reply there, so i think these warning is justified!

Below is the full comlaint, choose your own opinion over adamevecasino:

I write you regarding my account at adameve casino, my username is pokersep.

The story is short, but very alarming as they are stealing my winnings of 2000euro with extrem dodgy methods.

I made Neteller deposits of 1950euro and i just played with this money, NO BONUS was involved or claimed by me! I just played europeanroulette, betting 100euro per spin on my favorite number, and after around 15spins i hitted it and requested a payout for my end balance of 3950euro.

A few days later i recived a email from their finance department, i broked their terms and they confisciate my winnings. This is their exact quote:

"We would like to inform you that after checking your game process we find out that you played using Roulette strategy  "straight bets on a single number"

Quite funny, as what else are you supposed to do at the roulette table?!

I asked if this was a joke, but i then recived a response, quoting their Terms for "irregular betting with bonus money" that i broke one of this terms an they insist on keeping my winnings. The fact, that i did not used any kind of bonus and was just playing with my own money was completly ignored.

After another mail, they quoted this term of the "irregular betting with bonus money" paragraph

"Playing Roulette player can not make more than 30% of the bets on one number in a row be it a player is playing with or without bonus money."

Very strange Term, deep hidden in the irregular play paragraph for bonus money, wich i didnt used, why do they apply it on my play?
If we try to be nitpicking, like adamandeve is doing in this case we will see, that this term would not even apply to my play, as i played only Europeanroulette and it only excludes normal roulette, as Adamandeve offers 3 different versions of it: Roulette (like mentioned in these dodgy term), Europeanroulette and Americanroulette.

If they want to apply this term on my play it should have stated correcly:

"Playing all forms of Roulette player can not make more than 30%..."

The picture at the end is clear, adamandeve dosnt like winners and they will try every sneaky trick to avoid paying them.

So you were not playing with a bonus and they took your winnings. Very bad business indeed. I hope someone with  some experience with that casino can give some insight t this.gl

Yes i have just played with my own money and got lucky, but they are still applying this predatory Term form the "irregular play with bonus money" section on my play!

By the way i just recived a email from their support, that they have closed my account permanently, because  i had violatet their T&C with my public complaint:

Weird story indeed. I have not heard for those terms for roulette, and all this sounds a bit dodgy... I Hope that you get a hold of the rep and somehow try to make things right...

So they are suggesting because you aired your complaint in public, they have the right to close your account?

If nothing else happens on this, you should get your deposit back from them.

Unfortunately, the rep didn't speak to me although I sent him a copy of the link to the thread.  He's offline now but I'll try and get some info from him tomorrow.

Darn - the original rep that signed up to the forum has left Adamevecasino and the other rep has also left the casino so I now no longer have a contact for this casino. 

I'm writing to the casino and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear - I'm asking for your deposit to be refunded if they are not prepared to re-open your account and pay you.

It sounds like a good plan to check in advance if there was an active rep of the casino you want to play. Might be a good indicator if things run well...

I have received a reply and it reads as follows:

It is AdameveCasino rule, we do not hide anything, and while player registration, he should read Terms and Conditions. Paragraph 1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions

By clicking on the “Yes” or “I Agree” button, you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions (including all posted guidelines or rules applicable to our service which guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated into this Agreement), and that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, Account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these terms and conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to clicking on the “Yes” or “I Agree” button.

Yes, we really took off his winnings, but refund his deposit and he immediately withdrawal it. We have closed his account due to Terms and Conditions violation."

So you have your refund but not your winnings.  From the information provided, you clearly have broken the terms as set out above so unfortunately, they have you over a barrel and there is nothing that can be done here.

The one good thing I guess, is that you got your deposit back. 

I know we all merrily click "yes" or "accept" when terms and conditions come up but hardly any of us bother to read the umpteen pages of jargon that make up the full T & C. 

I'm sorry this isn't the outcome you wanted but there is no more that can be done.

This is why its important to read every bit of the terms and conditions. Depositing without reading them is like giving them a blank check. Whether you knew it or not OP. You agreed to Not wager more than 30% of your own cash on Roulette. You didn't follow the agreement, so you forfeited your winnings. Its a hard lesson. But its a learning experience for those who don't bother to read before playing.

So this term describes irregular playing styles that are not allowed if you use a bonus at adameve casino! 

I did not used any kind of bonus!

So why do they try to apply irregular bonus play strategy terms on my play?!  Is this fair?

In addition, the Term only describes play on roulette, but adameve offers 3 different versions of roulette.  I played europeanroulette!  As i said before, if they meant all forms of roulette, they would need to clarify this in their terms like "all forms of roulette"

This is not the case, and every court would rule in my favour over this term, because adamaneve failt to clarify it exactly and if such predatory terms are used, they have to be crystal clear in their wording!

I know this is no court and adamandeve gives a shit about it, but i hope its a warning for everyone else that you should not even think about playing at adamevecasino!

I played only with bets of 5% of my balance, but their term means that if you are placing more that 30% of your bets on the same number during several spins, they void your winnings.

So betting on number 5, then again number 5, then on red and on your last sping on even you placed 50% of your bets in a row on number 5!

Voila!! they will void your winnings!  Even if you just played with your own money!

15 spins on the same number at $100 per spin is more than 30% of your bets.  Also the term does say "with or without bonus money".

There is some good that has come out of your topic because, as you said pokersep, it warns other players of some of the pitfalls of gambling and highlights this particular issue.

I'm marking the topic as "resolved" as there is no futher action that can be taken in this matter.
