  • I have withdrawals pending at gold river star, Ricardo's, and Davincis gold casinos for over a month now. I can't get anyone to answer my emails. When I go online and chat I get the  same I'll send vip a message to contact you. I am afraid I will never receive my considerable withdrawals.  Someone please help me with what to do next. Ty!   • Their customer service sucks. I got an email during the week saying I would be paid this weekend.  I'm sure that was because you sent them an email. She said that with the holidays it was still well in the time frame of their terms.  I have a withdrawl since 11/24.  Really? A month and 1/2.  Never again at this casino!

    Unfortunately we need to close this complaint due to Casino unresponsiveness. We are not able to help because they are ignoring our emails and don't want to cooperate with the complaints at all.

    We are not sure if they have a license since it is not in the footer of their website. If they don't have, unfortunately you can not make any formal complaint. 

    We can not blacklist them because this Casino is not on our list.
