Zunächst einmal sollt ihr wissen, dass wir bei LCB immer bestrebt sind, unsere Mitglieder vor unfairer Behandlung und unfairen Spielen in Casinos zu schützen. Darum haben wir diesen Bereich eingerichtet. Hier kannst du uns und den anderen Mitgliedern unserer Community deine Beschwerden und unschönen Erfahrungen in Casinos berichten.

    Wenn du eine Beschwerde hast, befolge diese Schritte:

    1) Hast du zuerst den Kundendienst kontaktiert, um zu sehen, ob er das Problem beheben kann?

    2) Hast du dich vergewissert, dass du nicht gegen die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verstoßen hast?

    Wenn du die ersten beiden Schritte erledigt hast, kannst du dich hier melden. Wenn zu einem Casino in diesem Forum noch kein Beitrag besteht, erstelle bitte einen. Für jedes Casino soll es einen Beitrag mit Beschwerden geben.

    3) Um die Bearbeitung zu beschleunigen, gib immer deinen Casinonamen an. Ohne diese Information können wir dir nicht helfen. Erkläre außerdem möglichst genau, was vorgefallen ist. Poste aber niemals persönliche Daten von dir, die kannst du uns besser als Direktnachricht senden, falls es nötig sein sollte.

    Wir werden dann versuchen, mit dem Casino in Kontakt zu treten und den Sachverhalt zu klären. Oftmals haben wir einen direkten Draht zu den Casinos und können uns für dich einsetzen.

    1) Have you contacted customer service first to see if they can fix the problem?

    2) Have you checked that you have not violated the Terms and Conditions?

    Once you have completed the first two steps, you can report here. If there is no post about a casino in this forum, please create one. There should be a post with complaints for every casino.

    3) To speed up processing, always include your casino name. Without this information we cannot help you. Also, explain in as much detail as possible what happened. But never post personal information about yourself; it is better to send it to us as a direct message if necessary.

    We will then try to contact the casino and clarify the matter. We often have a direct line to the casinos and can work for you.

    Please allow 48 hours for your LCB Shop order to get processed. You claimed your items from the shop in the last hour, this is not enough time for the order to get processed. 

    Once the 48 hours from shop order expires, please check your casino account. If you met the rules for claiming the offers your spins / chip  will be approved and credited to your account. 

    I would also suggest to check LCB Shopp Rules and T&C's thread for more details.

    I need some help to understand a no deposit loyalty spins max cashout of $100 bonus terms in CasinoJax.

    I recieved 20 no deposit spins and completed with a Bonus balance of $16.60, wagering for spins became $666.40.

    When I fulfilled wagering playthrough I had a bonus balance of $349, which was reduced to the $100. I was now able to withdraw the $100 or play it. At this point I believe the $100 is mine?

    can anyone please tell me if that is correct or am I misunderstanding the terms?
