    So the thing is as simple as it gets...
    Took your free chip and waggered. Made a deposit as usual. And took out the winnings, what could i get, as there' s the max cashout number...
    And here starts the fun.. I requested the withdrawal, to neteller, on the 21st of september.. It took them two weeks only to review my documents, they got approved on the 4th of october. Actually it happened only after that, when i asked them what' s happening to the document review. And that' s it... The only thing that responds is the live chat and still, they just keep saying to wait and that I will be contacted, but there is no sign of anything. It takes 3-5 days as they state in the cashier, but it already 13 since the documents approval and almost a month since the withdrawal request.. As many now, for example, netent casinos make their withdrawal' s ussualy in 24h to an ewallet, betsafe in one hour. What do they do, that it takes them so long.
    Has somebody actualy got money out of their site?
    Simply it' s getting a little frustrating, that they are taking so long and no sign of the email supports. They even said, that i haven' t written to them, but my sent map is full with emails for them!
    Can any1 help?

    My advice to you is to request cashout via credit card or any other payment method.
