  • I am sick of no customer service because of COVID ... I called and demanded to speak to someone as I had deposited $200 over 2 weeks and had not received any marketing promos for quite awhile,, but mostly I called because I did not get the Christmas Promos!!!  These are a big deal and no one has gotten back to me.  I stopped doing deposits until I would get this resolved and got an email where they were looking into it but that was like 4 weeks ago.  The "system" has taken me out of the daily "tourneys" twice now because I haven't been doing deposits which also has me upset.  No resolution as of yet and getting very frustrated.

    Unfortunately we didn't get any response from Casino Rep, so we are forced to close this complaint and mark it as Unresolved due to Casino unresponsiveness.

    We will reopen this case once we get any feedback.
