I am sick of no customer service because of COVID ... I called and demanded to speak to someone as I had deposited $200 over 2 weeks and had not received any marketing promos for quite awhile,, but mostly I called because I did not get the Christmas Promos!!! These are a big deal and no one has gotten back to me. I stopped doing deposits until I would get this resolved and got an email where they were looking into it but that was like 4 weeks ago. The "system" has taken me out of the daily "tourneys" twice now because I haven't been doing deposits which also has me upset. No resolution as of yet and getting very frustrated.
