Shar, I don't think the casinos are required to honor payout times listed on their site.  That is why the wording is such that it implies an average. Legit casinos will make every attempt operate within their average guidelines because they actually care about their reputation. The casinos that ride the rail between integrity and self serving tactics are the most frustrating to deal with. They aren't going to be in any hurry to complete a payout on a No-deposit  bonus.
