    Suprabets shows my deposit as "frozen funds" and won't let me play or withdraw. It has sent me a message about not letting me withdraw because I didn't do KYC, and even after I uploaded my docs and got verified by their system nothing changes. Extremely shady. I sent them a message and no response after 24 hours.

    Sorry to hear that. As far as I understood your documents have been verified by the casino. What payment method did you use to withdraw the funds? Please also private message me your casino username so we can check the status of your withdrawal with the casino rep.

    Hi prapporop,

    We  got a reply from the casino rep regarding your complaint. 

    As per casino rep's words there is no problem that they can detect in your account.

    The account is verified, has no limitations, has the deposited balance available, but has no activity. 

    We ask the player to send us a screenshot of the error he is encountering and send it to [email protected].

    Hi prapporop,

    We just got the update from the casino rep saying that you activated the Casino Bonus, so you would have to comply with the bonus conditions 1st before you could place sports bets. They have already canceled the Casino Bonus (without any penalty) and you can now place sports bets.

    Please just confirm this so we can mark the case Resolved.

    They saying same for me. Once they rejected my withdrawal now saying to wager but i done that 5x. My withdrawal is in pending state 😕
