UNRESOLVED: Suprabets locked my account

Suprabets.com locked my account and send an e-mail that i violated their rules.I currently have 184 EUR in my account and i requested the first payment of 20 EUR to the Skrill wallet from which i paid.atfer a week of waiting i received a message to make a request for payment with another mayment method,so that when i requested a payment to Neteller i received a message that the payment should be made using the depostit method.after i again requested payment to Skrill, they locked the account.as proofi tool several screenshots before they locked my account because i was counting on this reading the comments for the last months about this company.

I hope you can do something to put an and to this and get my money back.

Could you please provide us with more information? Did the casino provide an explanation of the exact rule you violated?

And please send us your casino username via private message so we can contact the casino and inquire further about this case.

We heard back from Suprabets and they say they are using some sort of AI tool to detect arbitrage sports betting and arbitrage is against their T&C's:

11.5.1 “Fraudulent practice” includes but is not limited to the following: any fraudulent activity
engaged in by you or by any person acting on your behalf or in collusion ... such as the use of late betting, arbitrage betting or similar techniques, with or in conjunction with another user or other account used by you, regardless of the outcome, we reserve the right to cancel all the connected offers and bets in the fraudulent´s customer account……”

We at LCB are not sure how such a tool would work as arbitrage betting is with at least 2 sportsbooks unless all the sports books are sharing data which we find extremely unlikely.

We will update our review of Suprabets to inform players that any form of sports betting arbitrage will likely result in canceled bets or offers.

Given all of this, we will need to mark the complaint as unresolved.
