UNRESOLVED: Suprabets client locked

Hello,

Suprabets locked my client with more than 5 000 euros on my account. They say that I've violated 11.5 of terms and conditions. I tried to send multiple emails to support, but got no answer. Also I deposited around 3 500 euros in 4 months so I want to get back my deposits in worst case. I don't violate any rules. Mostly gambled on casino and NBA bets or other big events just for fun. Can someone help me?

After consulting the risk team, it has been determined the player violated article 11.5 of our terms and conditions (Game Style).

Since it's been more than 48 hours and we haven't heard back from the member, yet we have the response from the casino, we will mark this case as resolved.

Is it possible to reach to them again? Maybe they could refund some of my money. I don't expect all to be refunded, but maybe oy my deposits? As I said I have not broke any rules from 11.5. Gambled only on big leagues for fun

We heard back from Suprabets and they say they are using some sort of AI tool to detect arbitrage sports betting and arbitrage is against their T&C's:

11.5.1 “Fraudulent practice” includes but is not limited to the following: any fraudulent activity
engaged in by you or by any person acting on your behalf or in collusion ... such as the use of late betting, arbitrage betting or similar techniques, with or in conjunction with another user or other account used by you, regardless of the outcome, we reserve the right to cancel all the connected offers and bets in the fraudulent´s customer account……”

We at LCB are not sure how such a tool would work as arbitrage betting is with at least 2 sportsbooks unless all the sports books are sharing data which we find extremely unlikely.

We will update our review of Suprabets to inform players that any form of sports betting arbitrage will likely result in canceled bets or offers.

Given all of this, we will need to mark the complaint as unresolved.
