RESOLVED: Stake7 would not pay...

Have been playing here for a very long time, was always very happy with this casino. I have had some really good wins here as well. So, I was very much surprised by what had happened to me. Since I did not have to do any verification I just made the withdrawal, it was canceled. I understood that something was going wrong. On the 23 of February I found out that my account was blocked……. Honestly would never expect this - the casino wrote that I have put the wrong surname when registering. But come on, I registered at this casino in August last year, I already verified my account and got the winnings paid. I also made a looot of deposits here. I have a lot of respect for this casino and I hope I will get my money...

We've heard back from the casino and they confirmed that the verification process was not completed successfully and that your account is blocked due to incorrect personal data provided on the registration form. Furthermore, casino provided us with a required evidence showing that the information is indeed different. As it is stated in their Terms that all the info upon signing up needs to be valid and correct, this represents a breach of their T&C. 
"Your Account must be registered in your own, correct, name.
The details supplied when opening your Account are correct. Where you are in material breach of the Terms, we reserve the right, but shall not be required, to:
Suspend your Account so that you are unable to place bets or play games on the Website. 
Close your Account with or without prior notice from us.
Recover from your Account the amount of any pay-outs, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by any material breach."

Look - it could be that I have put my second name in the last name field by mistake. I had no intention to mislead the casino. What is more as I mentioned - I have been playing in this casino since August last year. I have put a lot of money here I also had good wins here. My point is that I already verified my account before and made a lot of deposits afterwards. Why is the casino raising this issue now? After so much time and clearly it was not something intentional.....Please consider this.
