So yesterday hit the motherload playing the ndb bonus. Spining on 6.25 zar hit free games on Hen house 16 x4 free games, one spin 125000 zar winning.. First of, the free games stoped, max win achieved.. So you  can t win more than that, despite i had 12 more spins Second thing they declined the coupoun withdrawal.. Had to wager 10k, the max withdrawal was 1250 zar. So put up the bet because i'm not going to sit there for hours to spin to get the wag req, if i alreay made the max what can i make.. Turns out, they have a max bet 100 zar rule... Ok, the rule is a rule, but on this occasion the max bet rule doesn't do anything. Because i would get that withdrawal sum anyway if i spin with 1 zar or 100 or 125 or 250.... So still talking a little over emails with the support to look at this. And I'm for  100% sure they will not pay the winning.. I have seen in some casinos, when you hit a summ bigger than the wag req, they simply take off that sum the wag req and leave the max cashout money in you account!!!

If you have wagered over 100 zar at any point. Chances are you will probably lose your winnings

I do hope you get paid, but i seriously doubt it. Some casinos are very happy when you break the rule, then they have a reason not to pay  8'|.

The paying was not going to happen They sticked by the rule.. Sad The answer was- yeah you have a point, but the rules are rules

"This player breached our max bet rule but our support advised him accordingly."

There's much that can be said, but let me start with the fact that the JPC group has historically always been the most generous group out there, in terms of comps and freebies. It is also true, that they have stepped back a little bit, but still have several NDB and free spin offers per month.

Springbok is the Casino i play it the most, simply because i get more bang for my buck in ZAR and as such i can assure you they only stick to their rules if they have a reason.

Both examples the O.P. made happened to me - once i also was allowed to immediately cash out winnings from Free Spins, as i had exceeded the wager amount by far, due one huge win, and another time i had an immense wagering, and was allowed to bet as high as i wanted. There can be several reasons why they enforced their rules on this occasion, of which the most likely are, that you take more freebies then that you deposit, and this on average, or they have a certain qouta per freebie, divided by players, meaning that if a certain amount of free cash is won and paid out on a particular freebie, they might from that point on, perform checks of every other withdrawal from said freebie more scrutinously..

Just a few suggestions. as long as you are really loyal, they definitely are lenient.
