I want to file a complaint about sports empire, I won 11.000 euro at this casino in February. They paid me out instantly 3000 euro. I continue to play.
I withdraw another 5.000 euro they said they I need to pay 3% fee , I said ok! I withdrew 5000 euro they said again you need to pay 5% fee.
Again I said Ok. again they canceled it informing me that I have to pay 8% fee this is 400 euro!!!
I said ok. withdrew the money they again canceled it. Asking me for notarized documents. I went to the notary sent the documents they disapprove the photo for no reason. After complaining for 2 weeks They finally paid.
Now I already trying to get my last money out for 3 weeks. They locked my account for a withdraw. My balance keeps showing in my account. I manually had to email them my bank address I did. Now they saying they paid. I never received any payment. My balance is still showing. in my casino account stuck. There unresponsive I hope LCB can help me.
