    I recently signed upto this casino due to a nice looking welcome bonus

    100% match and 100 spins on Book of shadows (0.20 a spin)

    After receiving the bonus and attempting to use my free spins. tried loading the game and received an error "unable to play due to active bonus"

    I spoke with there live chat support and they ended up changing the game to Dim Sum Prize with a spins value of 0.05.

    Anyone who has played on a few different casino sites knows that the game value between these both is dramatic. After spending a great deal of time arguing my case about this i gave in with my tail between my legs and my massive $3.60 in winnings out of 100 spins and then opted in for letting others know in how this casino opperates and the disapointment that came with this ordeal.
