slotsvillage/ treated me like a criminal

I found a casino I did not remember playing at before and made a deposit of $15 to take advantage of a special offer they had which added about the same amount to mine.  I had a question after playing maybe 5 spins in slots and went to live chat who explained and answered my question.  when I tried to get back to my game I found I had been disconnected which then after several trys turned out to be disabled and then not allowed.  when contacting support I was told that in the past I had had multiple accounts at this casino.  I hadn't remembered playing there before and demanded to know the date of the occurrence.  I was told the date of the multiple accounts was one over TEN YEARS AGO!!!  I was incredulous.  I explained I hadn't played in years and from time to time I had guests who may have played or opened another account possibley in my name, I don't know.  they would not even allow me to finish playing out my money but told me I would be receiving a refund within 10 days.  I complimented them on their casino hospitality and told them what I thought about why they didn't just remove the multiple accounts as I am quite sure other casinos would do after the long time period of the error.  they reminded me of some kind of religious fanatics so holy were they so unforgiving my personal SIN.  strange but true.  I am still in shock.  km

strange indeed...I mean yes it is your responsibility to keep the track of your accounts... but then again this was 10 years ago and I can understand how you forgot all about it...

They should have allowed you to keep this new account , but it is within their rights to refuse your business ( although shortsighted on their part )...

Hmmmm 10 years ago! You would think they would close the other accounts and let you keep the new one and start from a clean slate. There are other good US casinos to deposit your money at. I wouldnt waste your time with this one.

If I havent played somewhere for a while or don't remember playing there at all, I ALWAYS go to live chat BEFORE I deposit anything to make sure they don't have multiple accounts in my name.  If by chance there is old account floating around out there I immediately have them close all accounts except for one.  Then there is NO Question that you only have one account.
