    So you are playin with your bonus 20d+20b you play and you win big with your 2€ bet... ok that's nice you win 3000 euros and you raise your bet to 4€ because you thought that max bet is 5.. you forgot that there is this 10% betting rule so 2€ bet is max bet. Well, that's your bad. You played few dead spins 4€ over bet and wager is done. You're happy as f... and go to withdraw your winnings.

    As you stated above, you broke the rules. You have to be cautious when bets are in question and take into consideration max bet, otherwise, your winnings will be forfeited. There's nothing much we can do for you here. We're sorry you lost your winnings, but rules have to be obeyed. Please read terms carefully and don't forget max bet amount next time.

    Same thing happens if you accidentally click one max bet. They just don't give a f... That's my point.

    I ALWAYS, I MEAN ALWAYS AVOID CASINOS THAT HAVE MAX BET RULES! I don't care how good of a bonus they have. I will not deposit if they have this rule in place.
