 hi there well i was playing on slots magic casino on the game vikings go berzerk...$1.25 is my bet and i colected the rage for free spins and it was the big guy...and before i  started the free spins i had like $153..something on my balance...then i started the free spins with starting wild and on the picture ther that would be the top 4 row..first spin didnt pay but 3 wilds came out..the fat guy on top right..and the fat the skini guy below...second spin another wild showed up..which is fatguy and the lady below it..payz i think atlease 189  credits..and third spins..no wild but it payz i think that was 200..no wild..fourth spins payz 300..no wild ..the fifth spins also 300 something i think.the six spins i think it payz 500 something ..or less and the last spins bunch of wild showed up and it says big wins..and started like showing how much it was but it suddenly stop counting on 2096 i think  and it closed rightaway and it only showing that i won $30.so i was like what the hell happend to my winnings i asked my friend and hes like take a picture .so i took a picture..its that one there..and i also believed that if im on the free spins and i have a sticky wild even if i finish the free games bonus..still gona show the wilds i got during those free bonus spins..so yeah as you can see there its not showing..after that i tried to spin 1more spins cause im not seing my winning that is being added..into my balance...and after the spins..nothing is been credited into my balance...so i went to support and asked what happpend but they were like im not sure what happend but im gona forward this to i thnk higher level they said..and now i received an email saying i only won $30 youve been credited..but even that they didnt credited it... that was a bs...for $1.25 bet and won all those credits is not only $30 ..before the final spins i was winning $68 already..plus the big win on the last spin......so yeah that is what happened..thats how they scamming ppl plays on their casino ....anyway i put a highlights for the wilds i got there...i hope you can help me out about these matter..thanks.

To be honest your rating on SlotsMagic is a bit exaggerated, if a legit game showing some errors then it's most likely the fault of the games provider in this case it's Yggdrasil, the casino cannot do anything about it except reporting the error to the games provider. SlotsMagic casino is a good casino and they do not offer fake games, they have decent payment time but their bonus terms are awful.

Agreed - I made withdrawals with them and normally paid within 24 hours of requesting or like they say same day cashout.

They have nice deposit bonus offers, but wagering is bad x30 the bonus amount - Yeah 100% only on GVG and 50% on any other slot.

I am sure its a technical error, and they should be able to check the game ID, but you can wait for a few days to get an answer.

Well sometimes you need to be a  bit patient, you know with things like these casino sometimes can drag things out leaving you irritated. I mean the worst was if you had a withdrawal and they needed to verify a huge win the gaming provider, that can be a real nightmare.

MGA stands for Malta Gaming Authority, personally I think most casinos with MGA licence are legit, those casinos who do not follow their rules will lose their MGA license and it did happened too many times I think, rogue casinos will never have a MGA logo in their website, if they do, it's most likely fake.

We finally heard back from the casino. Namely, they advised us that they already sent you an explanation based on the game provider answer. They informed them that the payout is correct, based on the below :
User won free spins from berserk mode. According to game rules: This Free Spins mode is played out with a coin value that is the average of the coin values used when collecting each of the rage points. Therefore, because of that coin value for free spin round was 0.01350 instead of 0.05.

The breakdown is that 150 coins were won with 0.05 coin value.
After that game went into a berserk mode and changed coin value to 0.01350. You won 1706 coins. So there would be 150 coins of value 0.05 = (0.05/0.01350)*150 = ~555 coins of value 0.01350.
Hence the value of all coins is 2261,5 rounded to 2262 for display.

2261,5*0,01350 = 30,53025

Could you please confirm if you got the same message from them?
