RESOLVED - Slots.lv locked my account

Start by saying I cashed out 3000 from here last month successfully. but last week I got another 3000 check from them and it should have cleared by now but instead 3 days ago I try to log into casino  and my account was locked. I'm getting the run around when I call them, its always some unavailable department I need to talk to, and no1 has any answers. So now I have no idea if I will see the money ever get my account unlocked?? Just looking for some information, or suggestions on what I should or can do?

Until this slots.lv was my new favorite casino lol.

This really doesn't sound nice... I hope that it will be solved fast. Keep us posted about what happens...

K I found out why my account is locked and a hold on a check for 3000 from them. I was told that I abused there bonuses..... and I was told this by the head of there financial department, this guy was rude arrogant and had no respect for me what so ever. Thing is I did violate there terms.. but its a glitch in there programing that made the $25 bonus instantly reappear when entering the lobby after u zero out.. only if playthrough on the bonus wasn't meant. This only happens on the bonus code given from there throwback Thursday promotion. so yes I did get $25 recredited to my account probably about 30 times... until I managed to win  over 8000 off $25. I knew this money would not be withdrawable so I just blew threw it over a weekend maybe playing threw about 100,000. But the pending withdraw for 3000 that they have also put a hold on along with closing my account had nothing to do with this flaw in there programing (or way to not pay people). Well this guy is telling me I somehow typed in the code repeatedly. im telling him it instantly reappeared upon entering the lobby. So there gonna investigate and "see my every keystroke" in there words. I really think this is a way for them not to pay people, money they won fairly. I had nothing but good things to say about slots.lv before this. Now. after being yelled out and utterly disrespected by there financial department im kinda skeptical there is any honest online casino out there. Its more about whos best at sweeping complaints like mine under the rug. Slots.lv owes me $3000 , and they need to fix there thusrday throwback bonus codes. I hope no1 else has this happen to them. I will post again after there "investigation"

I have emailed their Rep. As soon as I hear back for them Ill let you know DC.

i waited the 48 hours and then called there financial dept. I was greeted very nicely and the guy was very appologetic. He said after there investigation it was a glitch in there programing. they even thanked me for finding it. They let me keep all the comp points on the money i received from this.. which ended up being almost $200. they took the hold off my $3,000 check. Everything has been worked out and i walk away with a smile and will continue to highly recomend slots.lv..
