I won 933 dollars on 7.9.2023. On slots garden. Did everything right. Playthrough correct. Even asked what I could withdrawal. Minus the 75 .00 bonus. Sent all docs. Told I was good. After 10 business days they kicked the money back into my playable balance. Said my docs were not right. Resent docs. Still no pay and told I have to wait another 10 business days to be reviewed. I just want paid. Never get a straight answer. Just a cut and paste of the rules which I followed. Need help to get paid.

I hope you get this resolved quickly. I truly understand your frustration and concern. I know what it's like believe me! I'm waiting for someone from management to contact me. I'm giving them 5 days. I don't understand why they do this! All they have to do is pay the players in a timely manner. Do they think after this the player still wants to play at their establishment? When you have to go through hell! Also if you win a jackpot the game provider pays the player directly or the casino. In most cases they pay the casino and the casino is supposed to pay you. Well this casino will send you through the process of waiting for an approval for ONE withdrawal request which is up to $2500.. once approved you have to wait 7-10 more business days to get paid right, then you have to wait again for the next withdrawal request and go through the same process again. I won in April and I still haven't received my money. Then they started cutting my withdrawals in half so 2 of my requests for $2500 they only approved $1250 and did not tell me why! So then I noticed that my VIP status was stripped from me to a depositer status and I couldn't redeem any coupons or even get my comp points that I earned using a coupon that gave 1000 comp points when used. I didn't even get my monthly bonus! Now my account is back in VIP status right...when I tried to withdraw my winnings using the ONLY withdrawal method on my account which is Coindraw they reversed it! They told me at first it was a technical issue then they told me I had to withdraw using wire transfers AFTER they told me to make a Bitcoin deposit so that I could withdraw via Bitcoin again and play through the deposit amount. I did this and even wagered over $2000. Then the Bitcoin option was added back to my account. So I requested the withdrawals via Bitcoin. Then I canceled the requests so that I could have only 3 withdrawals with 2 full withdrawal amounts and one other one. This is when the Coindraw option was on my account and it was the only one mind you, so I tried it like I said earlier and they denied it. This has been going on for months now and I haven't even been paid half of my withdrawal amount and with them splitting the amount that means I will be paying double processing fees!!! So I know exactly what you're going through! I wish you the best!

Yes it does take a long time! I'm still waiting ton the rest of my winnings from April. They were jackpots I'm waiting for $5500 more. They already got paid by RTG for the jackpots and I have to wait and go through bloody hell to get my money! I'm so tired of this nonsense! I don't see why they just can't do the right thing and pay their players accordingly. Coindraw was my only withdrawal method and that gets your money faster right, well they reversed my withdrawal and I had to do a manual Bitcoin withdrawal. It's been since April. Since then I have wagered over $2000 and I'm still waiting like an idiot . So good luck to you! I really hope they pay u soon!

As I informed Berks previously the funds were released to our 3rd party payment providers on the 26th of July. Generally speaking from the time it is paid out by the casino to the 3rd party and delivery of a physical check it can be 10 business days and in some cases a bit more depending on the payment provider. Once a physical check is available for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking information and you can arrange delivery with the courier so just keep your eye on your email and there should be notification in the coming business days.Checks are for physical deposit at your bank branch only so keep that in mind.
