RESOLVED: SlotoCash Casino email returned, huh....

At 8:59 AM this morning, I sent an email to SlotoCash Casino ([email protected])

I couldn't believe what I was seeing.  I'm shocked, really!

I was checking our email and I see this;

Unless there is a reasonable explanation, this is absolutely unacceptable!

 I attempted to send them the same email for the 2nd time at around 3PM.  Emails continue to be undeliverable at;  [email protected]

We'll double check with the casino why the delivery failed. Maybe they are facing some technical issues.

Seriously MelissaN, this is why we (we = members) feel so special or spoiled is probably more accurate. 

Heck, even some online casinos have no coverage on the weekend.

A lot of online sites could learn something from LCB staff about being successful and respected.

You are very welcome. The whole LCB team is here for you guys. This issue has been forwarded to the casino's relevant department. Unfortunately, they don't work at weekends so we'll get a reply tomorrow. Let you know tomorrow when we get an answer.
