  • Casino slotbox.com does not pay winnings to players. I play only using a deposit without a bonus.According to their rules, the waiting period for payments is up to 24 hours. They haven't paid me winnings in 4 days. This is not the first time on their part. There is no reason for non-payment. In live chat, they lie and promise to solve the problem just about.

    We've received a reply from the casino. Here's what they say:

    "Due to GDPR we are limited in what we can advise here but a client had indeed experienced a delay recently and we acknowledged this, our support team has informed them fully and asked that they bear with us while we investigate this for them. We are in contact with the PSP to resolve this ASAP. I can only offer my reassurance that we are doing our utmost to resolve this for them since it was raised with us on the weekend and we have tried to address any of their concerns as best we can. We have now reached out to them again to reassure them that we are doing our best to resolve this as soon as possible."


  • they really write that. But the delay in payment on their part is not the first time. Before that, it was the same, only they did not write about the problems on their part, they just asked to wait

  • Wow this is my first time hearing about this casino.. but if it wasn't in the forums then you must have done extensive research on this online casino outside of the LCB web pages. I know you said the cashier has no reason to delay your winnings but are you familiarized with the casino's terms and conditions regarding paying out winnings because it might be an account verification issue or a processing error on the cashiers department. One thing that irritates me is the ambiguity of the response and puncuality of the casino's support center on addressing the error satisfactorily on your behalf smh..

  • the withdrawal request was in ltc and it took the casino exactly a week to offer an alternative way to btc. I received the money today, thank you. 
    However, I do not recommend this casino to play.
